Cauldron Treats

Hello everyone and Happy Friday to you all! Today Im sharing this little cauldrons I decorated up using Really Reasonable Ribbon, and some treats for a luncheon I was to go to. My mom was nice enough to pick them up and bring them for the ladies since I was sick all week. Anyways these were super fun to make and I ended up making 10.

To start with I bought the cauldrons at the dollar tree, next I tied the Bright green Apple Dots 5/8" dot, and the Tangerine is Shimmer satin. Next I made my bow using the 3/8" Apple Grosgrain ribbon and then hot glued it on. For my tag I used a punch and an old SU! stamp for Happy Halloween. My name is on the back of each tag so they know who these were from. Lastly I tied them on using the orange pumpkin twine
what do you think of these little cuties for Halloween?

Trick or Treat jar with RRR

Hello crafty friends and Happy Monday to you all! Cheryl here today with a fun little jar I decorated for Halloween using the beautiful ribbon and twine from Really Reasonable Ribbon

I used a jar that holds my dew drops to decorate as it's nice to have them in the craft room to see. I tied the Quatrefoil ribbon in black around the top of the jar, an then hot glued my bow I made. Next I tied the happy Halloween tag using the orange twine, and then stuck some 3-D stickers to the front of the jar. This would be cute on a plan jar for holding candies too. I also made a bow out of the twine and tied it to the back.

Halloween Treats

Hello crafty friends and Happy Wednesday to you all! Today I have another fun treat box this time designed for Really Reasonable Ribbon and for the grandkids. On this box I also used the darling Halloween Pumpkin Salem from KaDoodle Bug Designs.
These treat pizza boxes I bought at Walmart and decorated using some of my Echo Park Halloween papers. I love this one, as it has the little Cat Salem on here and all the gorgeous RRR Ribbons. I also added some dew drops to my box.

To start I used RRR Scor-tape to add to the top of the box so I can place my design paper on there. I ended up cutting the corners off once on. Next I used a blade tool to cut the window out. I then added a band around the bottom using some chevron print design paper. I did add some Robins Nest Dew drops to the sides using hot glue. Now for the top of my box and decorating it I chose Salem Cat and added some foam tabs to pop him up, and then added my sentiment tag using a foam tab. for the ribbon bands across the top I used some Scor-tape and added the ribbons to it. The bows were hot glued on and then added a diamond dew drop to it .

For the Ribbons I used the bold black checked ribbon, orange gingham, and the green gingham. I used some foam tabs and score tape for my adhesives on this box.

The shaker pieces are all different ones mixed up together for the inside. I used the darling little I want candy sticker, and popped it up using the foam tabs, I also used some foam tabs to pop my pieces up.  Love this page, and can't wait to add a photo.

Pretty in Pink Halloween Page

Hello Crafty Friends, and Happy Friday to you all! Todays fun page was designed for Really Reasonable Ribbon using the gorgeous Ribbons and Flowers from the RRR Shop.

To start I used the Luna design paper on this page, and then used some dies that I cut out in black and some in white. I added those layers on my page, and then along the bottom of the page I added some old trim from RRR and the pink gems. Next I wanted some floral clusters.

Floral Clusters were done using some green flourishes, and then Really Reasonable Ribbon Bold Satin with Grosgrain Edge in Pearl Pink5/8" for 2 of the bows. Then the top bow was done in a Plaid Ribbon Black Bold Check 3/8". I made bows out of that too, and then hot glued them on. I did use some pink feathers too. Next I chose my flowers, and for the large flower I used a trellis rose, and then used some cherry blossom, apple blossoms, and sweetheart Blossoms. lastly I used some rose buds to finish this up.

Tag is from the paper line, I just cut it out and put it on a black card stock and cut it to look like a tag. I added some white dots using a paint pen from postca.

  • Now for the fold at the bottom that is 3/4" fold up and staple. I then covered that piece with checkerboard satin purple ribbon and black dew drops, ribbon and a fun little candy piece that was a sticker.
  • for the cover I used scor-tape and placed that on top. Now used the sticker haunted house and sticker bat and tombstone.
  • witchy bear is from kadoodlebug designs and was put together and distressed. I added dew drops to her hat, star, and broom. Lastly I added some white dots.

All Hallow's Eve Mini Album Page

Hello everyone.  Today I have another page for the mini album I've been working on. This one is the All Hallow's Eve page designed for Really Reasonable Ribbon, and will be for Halloween photos. On this page I wanted to use the beautiful ribbons from the September Ribbon Club Assortment as they are all so pretty!

So for this page I used black card stock for the base, and made it so it's open on both sides for easy attachment to the album. Next I created the flaps and pockets using Graphic45 design papers. I kept the decorations  pretty simple for this page. I did add beautiful ribbons from the Septembers Ribbon Club, some covered buttons, bats, and a candy. I love making these pages to be interactive and have lots of room for photos and journaling. Hope you enjoy my post, as I've also included a little video showing how the page opens.

Really Reasonable Ribbon Supplies used:
Scor-Tape
Tape refill scotch
Delicate Stitched Satin tangerine
Swiss dots black
diamond satin grape

Thank you for stopping by and have  a lovely day!

Spooktacular Ribbon Topped Treat Tags

Hello, Friends!  Halloween is coming!  And these spooktacular ribbon topped treat tags are perfect for all the grown up ghouls and ghosts on your list!

I've topped each tag with a wonderful cluster of Halloween Ribbons from the September Ribbon Club.

I've also wrapped ribbon around the pocket base on each tag.  Doing this really gives the tag a finished, professional feel.

The pocket holds treats that any grown up trick or treater would enjoy.  I've wrapped individual packs of cookies with designer paper, added ribbon and a rosette to a vintage silver spoon, tucked in a tea bag, candy corn, chocolate treat and honey stick to complete the gift ensemble.

The ribbon cluster takes these tags from fabulous to frightfully fabulous!  And it is so easy to do!  Just thread lengths of the September Ribbon Club ribbons through the top of the tag.  Tie them off with a length of the Grape Diamond Ribbon Satin to secure.  Top with a boo-tiful bow for the perfect finishing touch.

I upcycled some clothing tags by painting them with black chalk paint.  The jute string on the tag is also tied into the ribbon cluster.  Then I added a mini Halloween card on the front of the tag.

This is where you can add your ghostly greetings.

Here's a look at the second tag:

I'm telling you, friends...ribbon is magic!  I hope I've shared some tips and ideas that you can use in your own crafty adventures!

Thanks for stopping by!

Happy Halloween Gift Carton

Hello everyone and Happy Friday to you all! Today I have a sweet little Halloween Gift Carton I decorated with Really Reasonable Ribbon and some sweet little dies. This project is super easy and comes together quickly.

I love making different little gifts, and this one sure is sweet! I chose the Gift Carton from Makers Movement and then decorated with Really Reasonable Ribbon from the September Ribbon Club Assortment. I added the striped grosgrain ribbon along the bottom of the gift carton, then the cute little candy print in orange to embellish the top of the carton.

The Halloween dies are CottageCutz and are super cute addition to this gift carton. Perfect little treat to give at Halloween to your friends or family with some yummy treats inside.

I tied the top closed with some black burlap string and then tied on the bow.  The bat is hot glued on, and the little Halloween tag is also tied on. I think I need to make 12 of these for my club as they would be super cute to give to the ladies in October.
