Happy Wednesday to everyone! My post this week is a card I created for my daughter who recently purchased a puppy. I thought it would be fun to welcome little Bella into the family. For this card I used 3/8” Wine Gingham to make all the roses, 3/8” Burgundy/Gold Reversible Stitched Edge for the petal ribbon flower, 5/8” Wine Jute and 3/8” Brown Organza Paws.
Digital Images: Hersey, Dog House and Bowl of Bones from Sew Many Cards (colored images with Prisma color pencils and OMS, cut images out and popped up with 3D foam dots).
Sentiment: Welcome to the Family (created on the computer).
Card Stock: Green (TAC), Cranberry Tart (Gina K), white (Georgia Pacific) and print (Basic Occasions).
Die-Cuts: Nestabilities Circles/Scallop Circles.
Punches: MS Arch Lattice Border punch, MS Branch punch and EK Success Leaves punch.
Inks: Sakura Stardust (patches).
Embellishments: Inkssentials Glossy Accents (puppy’s eyes and nose and all patches), Burgundy Dew Drops (created with acrylic discs and sharpie marker), 3/8” Wine Gingham (roses), 3/8” Burgundy/Gold Reversible Stitched Edge, 5/8” Wine Jute and 3/8” Brown Organza Paws (all ribbons are from Really Reasonable Ribbon).
Thanks so much for stopping by! Hope everyone has a terrific week!

What a good idea to make a card to welcome the new dog in the family. Your daughter must have been very happy. The card is so cute the dog seem almost alive. Very nice card.
