Petal and Ruffle Hair Clip

Here is an easy to make flower hair clip.
My project uses 3/4" Yellow Plaid Ruffle , 3/4" Red Plaid Ruffle ribbons and a French Clip hair clip from Really Reasonable Ribbon, Outlines Rubber Stamps D-658 Striped Petals Med, Scor-Tape, Aida Cloth, Flower Soft Glue and Memento inks.

Cut  two 3” pieces of 3/4" Yellow Plaid Ruffle ribbon. Add a small bit of tacky tape on each side. Fold under to cover raw edges. Attach pieces of 3/4" Yellow Plaid Ruffle to French Clip hair clip with Scor-Tape.

Stamp  D-658 Striped Petals Med twice red ink and once with green ink on Aida Cloth. Cut out both red flowers and petals to use as leaves from the green.

Roll 4” piece of 3/4" Red Plaid Ruffle
ribbon (using small dabs of Flower Soft glue to attach as rolled).

Assemble flower with Flower Soft Glue. Attach to hair clip.

Here is another angle of the finished Flower Hair Bow.

 Have a great day!
