Hello Really Reasonable Ribbon fans! Jan here today to share a simple little Valentine Banner. I've used the Double Ruffles White ribbon to hang the diecuts and doilies. The vintage e-kit is Crafty Secrets and I love all the vintage images, paper and tickets and it goes so well with the pink and red theme.
