  5. My favorite tradition is decorating the Christmas tree and (when I was younger) helping create the village setting for the electric trains.

  6. My favorite tradition at Christmas was baking cookies with my Mom, sister & her kids (at my Mom's house). Well, Mom passed away almost 7 years ago and I now live in her house. So my sister & her kids come over one day to bake cookies in Mom's honor as well as play Johnny Mathis (her fave!) Christmas songs.

  8. In the last several years now of being an empty nester, I have made my own traditions. My favorite is putting on the red velvet w/white fur dress and bringing joy to kids and adults alike as a professional Mrs. Claus. I've seen kids grow up and been able to enjoy their babies in return trips to Christmas parties and events.
Thank you so much for this fun and inspiring blog hop!
    Hugs,
