Really Reasonable Ribbon May Blog Hop

Due to the blogger problems on Thursday and Friday we got a bit of a late start on our blog hop.  If you are just stopping by now, I have changed the links below to take you directly to the RRR blog hop post of each participating blog.  If you get lost along the way be sure to stop back here and use the direct link to your next stop.  Thanks for understanding.

Hello everyone and welcome to another amazing Blog Hop here at the Really Reasonable Ribbon's Ramblings Blog!

For all of our challenge lovers, you still have a little time left to participate in our Double Dutch themed challenge. New challenges are posted on the 1st and 15th of each month. We would love to have you join in.

Today you will see some great projects using our May Ribbon Club Assortment from our very talented design team. They always come up with some super ideas.

Isn't this assortment great??  It contains 8 styles and a total of 15 yards.  If you aren't already a ribbon club member, why not join us today!  You will get a fun new ribbon assortment shipped automatically each month.

Now let's get hopping and see what our fabulous design team has created this month!

Here is our blog hop list.  If you get lost along the way, hop on back here and we'll get you back on track.

Really Reasonable Ribbon blog

Now, be sure to leave some love at all the stops along the way. Your comments are most appreciated!

At the end of the hop, comment on this post answering the question below for a chance to win our May Ribbon Club assortment and the extra goodies shown below.

Our question of the month is:

What is your crafting personality?  Do you have one project going at a time or are you working on twenty different things at once?  How many UFO's (unfinished objects) are floating around your craft space?

Our winner will be selected from the numbered comments on this post on Tuesday, 5/17 using random.org. Be sure to check back on Tuesday evening to see if you are our lucky winner.

Thanks so much for hopping with us today. We hope you'll stop by and so some shopping at Really Reasonable Ribbon soon.

  2. I have a ton of different projects always going on at once, since I do scrapbooking, card making, and other various decor hehehe! Right now I have 3 projects not completed yet ( and I lumped all of my scrapbook pages that I am behind on into 1 group or I would be here all day trying to count that hehehe! ) Thanks for the chance!

  6. Great Blog Hop, I loved all the wonderful work all the ladies did. What a talented bunch of women. As for the question I have 50 million UFOs. I see a new technique and get so excited to try that technique the projects that I am currently working on get pushed to the side. I love the RRR products, i used to belong to their monthly club and don't know what happened but I can't wait to get back on the club. Thanks for the hop.

  8. What a great hop! Very talented DT members with amazing inspiration! I am a pretty organized crafter. I try to finish one project before I start another. Doesnt mean I dont have ideas brewing constantly about the next project! But, I love to see the finished product. Thanks so much for the chance to win

  10. Great hop with such lovely projects. I have several "almost finished" projects, projects to start and finished project all around. Not sure what kind of crafter that makes me but I do eventually get the job done. LOL

  16. Ummm DO I have to answer that question? I am usually working on one assignment at a time and I have more UFO's than I care to admit on the WWW :) How is that for honesty? I love your May Kit, love the pinks. Thanks for the invite to the hop Angie:)

  17. I am embarrassed to admit it but I have a ton of projects to get done. It seems I get something started and then something urgent comes up. And now I have the pressure of getting the graduation gifts done! UGH!!!! http://visionsofpaper.blogspot.com/

  21. I do one project at a time, unless I set it aside to dry and forget it but that rarely happens.

    ReplyDelete
  22. I always have more then one project started at one time, scrabooking pages, cards, a gift for someone, and usually a sewing project too. Since time is limited at my house with 2 little one's, I don't get to work on them as much as I would like to, but do get excitted that they are waiting for me on the sidelines!

  24. I loved the hop! As for my project habits, it all depends on how my life is going in general. I sometimes go a while without being able to even look at my crafting supplies. At others I am able to dive right in and totally immerse myself. I always have some unfinished project around- mainly the ones I want for myself. I often carve time out for specific needs (birthdays, holidays, etc.) Every now and then I just say forget everything else- this is ME TIME and work on some small project- usually a card. One of my goals this year is to actually be able to develop a stash of cards so I can have one at a moment's notice (or at least in less than 30 minutes)! :D

  25. Oops forgot to answer the question....can you delete my other comment? I don't want to leave two comments. Sorry about that. Anyways, to answer the question...I only do one project at a time. I can't stand having unfinished stuff laying around!

  26. I try to keep it to 1 or 2 projects at a time, but I also have several UFOs in my crafting space.

  27. First of all, fabulous hop with such amazing stuff from your DT.
Second, I try to start and finish projects, but I usually have extra images that i am coloring laying around!!! If I get stumped, I will set it aside and start something new.

  28. While I prefer working on only 1 project at a time, it doesn't always work that way. And while there may be only one physical project going, there's another 1000 or so spinning around in my head, waiting for some spare time to work on them. I'll never get them all accomplished!

  29. Gorgeous projects ladies. I so enjoyed the hop.
I like to color my images in of a night after a hard long day at work it is so relaxing. But when I got to make my projects I just do one at a time. So nothing un finished on my desk. Thanks for the hop

  31. Another amazing hop! I loved the designers fun and artsy ideas on how to use those pretty ribbons.
My crafting style is usually to start a project but if I get stuck on a detail I will set it up beside me and work on something else until I hit upon that eureka moment when something just clicks to finish it off. I never feel as good about a project if I rush it or force myself to finish it off if it's not working out.
    Thanks for sharing! :)

  32. I am a ton of projects at a time in my head. I work on things for myself, for our craft show business, friends and family but I normally finish one and always make extras for down the road.

  33. Great blog hop I really need to dig out some ribbons and use them more often. I love the ribbons I saw being used. I do have UFO's but not with paper crafts, I have crochet, knitting, x-stitch, quilting.. all UFO's cause I love my paper crafts making cards. I always have time for them and they come first. Love all the ideas saw on the hop. You have a great team.

  35. I do lots of swaps and challenges so I'm always working on a couple things beside scrapbooking and I like to use ribbons and embellishments on my pages. Love seeing the ideas on the blog hop.

  36. WoW! Some beautiful projects during this hop! Thanks for always sharing the best of the best!

A few UFO's have been known to be spotted in my crafting area...but for the most part I usually complete a project start to finish. That is mostly because I'm usually facing some kind of deadline though and I have no choice. :)

  39. Loving the hop and all the wonderful projects I saw! Just discovered Really Reasonable Ribbon and sure to be back again.
So to answer the question, I always have a number of projects in process. I scrapbook, stamp, and do all manner of papercrafts. Especially love to get my hands on ink and ANY kind of paper!!

  40. WOW glubers; I love them but I don't have any - always out of stock when I try to order..

I have a few projects I'm not very happy with; they are stil there because I feel something is "missing" - but apart from those few I start and finish the projects quite quickly.
