Vintage Wedding Card

Please click Here to go to our 1st Challenge- Create something Masculine. You could win a gift certificate to the store.

Happy Wednesday! Saturday I had Digi Day at The Stamping Boutique where I had to create a card for a Dearly Beloved theme and a challenge that was to use something old, something new, something borrowed and something blue. So, I chose a 7/8” Ivory Crochet Lace by May Arts (something old) and then weaved a 1/2” Royal Blue Wrinkled Ribbon (something blue) also by May Arts. I made a double bow and embellished the bow with a flower I created from a Marvy Daisy Punch and added an Amber Vintage Brad (something new) from Really Reasonable Ribbon.
Wedding AJ, Audrey and Chapel Digital Images: Wedding AJ and Wedding Audrey from The Stamping Boutique (colored with Prisma color pencils and OMS, cut images out and popped up with 3D foam dots on top of the Wedding Chapel from The Stamping Boutique).
Sentiment: Congratulations sentiment Bird’s Cards.
Card Stock: Red, tan and light blue (TAC) and floral prints (K&Company).
Die-Cuts: Nestabilities Ovals/Scallop Ovals.
Punches: Marvy Daisy Punch.
Inks: Sakura Stardust Gelly Pen (bride’s crown, veil, buttons on gown, blue bow on flowers and groom’s pocket watch).
Embellishments: 7/8” Ivory Crochet Lace by May Arts, 1/2” Royal Blue Wrinkled Ribbon by May Arts and Amber Vintage Brads, all from Really Reasonable Ribbon.
Thanks so much for stopping by! I hope you like my Vintage Wedding Card using some wonderful lace, ribbon and brads from Really Reasonable Ribbon. Be sure to check out their store for many other fabulous items that would be perfect for that special card/project. Have a terrific week!
Hugs, Kym
