I do very little crafting in the summer. For us in the north, we have to take advantage of being outside every minute while not cooped up inside for our jobs! Right now, it's all about the flowers and vegetables! I do tend to watch some crafting videos at night, and have some dried flower and acetate window tags I want to try though, since I have some small flowers drying. This month's selection of ribbon is great too.
ReplyDeleteI definitely don't get to do as much crafting in the summer months (with babysitting 2 of my grandchildren) as I do in fall and winter months! But your gals ... and these beautiful ribbon colors ...sure have my creative juices flowing now! Thanks for these summer sizzling colors!
ReplyDeleteSince our weather is pretty much the same all year, I craft about the same amount of time all year. Maybe less around the Christmas Holidays since there is a lot happening, and maybe less if we get the Santa Anna winds in the fall, because it gets super duper HOT. I only crochet in the cool, rainy months...that is my exception. hee hee
ReplyDeleteWow! Such fabulous creations and I absolutely love all the colors of ribbon in the July kit.
ReplyDeleteSince I'm retired, I craft pretty much when I want. Every now and then I clean a little house and then right back to crafting!
ReplyDeleteI craft all year long [and even sometimes on vacation if I am with a crafting friend, such as Nancy that lives in Tennessee - I do have to STOP and do the dreaded housework, laundry -- so no matter the season one shall find me in my happy place ~ the crafting room. Thanks for the hope and the lovely projects by the Design team - such talent - have a blessed day!
ReplyDeleteOMG! What a great hop! I loved all the different creations with the ribbons... bows, cards, headbands, a tea folio! WOW! I am a DOG MOM so I get to craft all year round!
ReplyDeleteI try to do some type of crafting every day. Even in the summer. It feeds my soul.
ReplyDeleteLove these beautiful summer colors!!
Awesome hop! Love all the projects!
ReplyDeleteI do get crafty time during the summer! I'm retired and not much of a traveler, so I have time to work on crafty things at home!
Wonderful projects by the talented DT. The citrus ribbon is awesome for summer projects being so bright and cheery.
ReplyDeleteI do a lot of craft projects in the summer because our climate is too hot for a senior citizen such as I am to be outside much, so this month's ribbon collection is especially nice! Love those citrus-y colors!
ReplyDeleteWhenever my grandkids come over we craft and when it is too hot for outside activities I retreat to the basement where I have set up a small craft station.
ReplyDeleteI’m retired now, so i get all the time i want to craft :)
ReplyDeleteI get very little crafting in the summer months! Way to much going one! Fabulous hop & a super bright & cheerful color combo in this ribbon pack!
ReplyDeleteI used to mainly craft in the colder months when I was only crocheting, then I discovered paper crafting and mixed media :) now I love creating all year long!!
ReplyDeleteSummer is some of my best crafting time. It's the story of those long, hazy, lazy days...well not quite lazy! My life gets very busy in Autumn so it's Summer crafting for me! Thanks for asking.
ReplyDeleteYes I craft in summer just like any other time, as I have time. Working on a gift album for my nephew right now. Very pretty bright and colorful ribbon!
