Christmas Isn't Just a Day...

Hello Crafty friends and Happy Monday to you all!
Today's card was created for Really Reasonable Ribbon using the beautiful satins, foam squares and embellishments.

Two of the ribbons used are from the Octobers Ribbon Club Assortment, and those ribbons are called Delicate Stitched Forest Green Ribbon , Gauze Print Poppy Red Satin , as I thought they went perfect with all the layers on my card. I also added a sweet rhinestone embellishment .

Each layer was put together using the  Scotch advanced tape runner refill. , and then popped up using Really Reasonable Ribbons Foam squares . I did add sewing to the 3 layers.

Sentiment Frame- was done using a die cut from JustRite, and the stamp is from The Project Bin, and I also added distressing using Club Scrap ink.

Top panel under the sentiment frame- I used a fancy Quadrafoil Square Doily die cut from Cheery Lynn Designs.

I had a lot of fun creating this card, hope you enjoy my post for today! thank you!
Have a nice day!

hugs to all,
Cheryl

Merry Christmas

Hello Crafty Friends and Tuesday to you all!
Today's card was created for Really Reasonable Ribbon. using the Country Holiday Ribbon , Delicate Stitched Satin Ribbon from this months Ribbon Collection. I have to say I LOVE LOVE LOVE all the ribbons in this months assortment, but then again I love every months assortment so that is an easy one :) I chose the blue as it goes perfectly with my card for today.

Stamps and design paper are all from the Scandinavian Holiday set from Club scrap. I did stamp the deer, Merry Christmas and snowflakes from the stamp set. Next the design paper was cut from the 12 x 12 sheet of design paper. Back blue card stock was stamped using a blue ink and snowflake stamp. I added some embellishments and beautiful Really Reasonable Ribbon in a Delicate Stitch blue ribbon.
I love how simple this card turned out, and normally I love a lot of layers and such, but for this one I tried to keep it simple, and for me this is simple, kinda clean and simple....hehehehee

The February and March assortments each have 9 styles and a total of 18 yards of ribbon.  Each monthly assortment is a holiday or color themed assortment of ribbon.  What a fun way to build your ribbon stash and try new ribbon styles.

My card today uses two ribbons from the March assortment and one from the February assortment.  Not only do the ribbons in each monthly assortment coordinate with each other, but you can often mix and match from previous assortments.

My beautiful bow was created on my Bow-it-All V3.0 using 5/8" wide printed satin ribbons.  The center of the bow is adorned with a 14mm Flower Shaped Acrylic Rhinestone.
