Autumn...

Hi crafty friends.  Bonnie here today with a fun autumn themed card to share that features some pretty ribbon from Really Reasonable Ribbon.
My card today features two of the ribbons from the August Ribbon Club Assortment.  If you aren't already a member, no worries - you can still get this great assortment!

This month we have a great deal for US residents.
You can get the August and September assortments together for a special low introductory price of just $17.00!

Not a Ribbon Club Member yet?
The August Ribbon Club Assortment is a collection of rich autumn colors and prints.  It contains 9 styles and a total of 17 yards of ribbon and crochet lace.  The September Ribbon Club Assortment is a Halloween themed assortment with 9 styles and a total of 18 yards of ribbon.  Each monthly assortment is a color or holiday themed collection of ribbon.  What a fun way to build your ribbon stash and try new ribbon styles.

I kept this card relatively flat for mailing.  You could even eliminate the Thin 3D Foam Tabs under the leaves to make it even flatter.

This is also a perfect way to use up those precious ribbon scraps that you don't want to part with.  I just dove tailed the end of two 5-1/2" pieces of each color of ribbon and even spaced them over the background Distress Ink paper I created.  I then added the leaf squares on top of the ribbon.
I get lots of questions about the 'fuzzy layer' that I use on a lot of my cards.

That layer is Mulberry paper and you can view a video on how I use it and where I get it HERE.

Thinking of You Card

Do you enjoy creating cards to give to that special someone?  It's easy to create cards using the Really Reasonable Ribbon January Valentine Assortment, vintage inspired image and pattern paper.
I tucked some of the Sweetheart Blossoms under the bow.
Then I added a Flat Back Pearls on top of the lace that is in this month's monthly assortment.
Homemade cards are a great way to tell that special someone just how much they mean to you.
Wishing you a wonderful day, dear friends.

Christmas Cards

Christmas is right around the corner.  It is easy to create beautiful holiday cards using the Really Reasonable Ribbon Monthly Assortment - Country Holiday Collection.
I added the gorgeous light blue ribbon from the assortment and then added a bow with Peppermint Baker's Twine to this fun, whimsical card.
The next card, I used another gorgeous ribbon from the assortment.  I love the green ribbon as one side is solid and the other has the checked.
Next I added the Melissa Lace to the bottom of the image.
I hope you enjoyed some more fun and easy holiday cards.
Wishing you a wonderful, creative day, dear friends.

Joy Card

Christmas cards don't always have to be in the traditional reds and greens.  Why not try adding a non-traditional color such as the purple?  It's easy with the new Really Reasonable Ribbon Monthly Assortment - Country Holiday Collection.
I used the gorgeous purple ribbon, layering two bows.  Then I tucked the Silky Ivory Crush Ribbon to the under the pine cone image to add additional layers and softness.
I hope you enjoyed a fun and easy holiday card.

Hello Summer Mini Album

Hi friends.  Today I have a fun beach themed mini album to share that features the ribbons from the June Ribbon Club Assortment from Really Reasonable Ribbon.
As I've said before, RRR Ribbon Club Assortments are a GREAT addition to your mini album.  Nine coordinated ribbons in a variety of patterns and widths.  No thinking involved!  You can see another mini album I made with the May Ribbon Club assortment HERE.  You will be seeing a purple album soon!!

With our special offer, you can begin with the June and July assortments for a special introductory price.
Both the June and July assortments contain 9 styles and a total of 18 yards of ribbon.  Each monthly assortment is a holiday or color themed assortment of ribbon.  What a fun way to build your ribbon stash and try new ribbon styles.

Along with the ribbons from the June Ribbon Club Assortment, I added a piece of Champagne Netting to run down the spine of the book.  I thought it looked 'beachy' and I added a seahorse medallion on top of it.
The design of each page is the same and I just varied the design paper for interest.  Each page can hold 5 photos with the pull out tag on the top and there is room for journaling on the back of all the pull outs.
The photo below shows the tag that pulls out of the top of each page.
I added a cute beach themed die cut using several different dies from Cheery Lynn Designs on each pull out.  I've only glued the bottom and right side, so the photo can tuck under the shell die cut.  My shell, seahorse and sand dollar die cuts were cut out of paper I made using Distress Inks.
Another view of the open album.  This time I remembered to add the ribbon and netting to the spine before I added the page mechanism.  This way it's tucked under and looks much neater.
Here is a look at the pull-outs from each page.  There is another pull-out on the back of the page as well.

My pretty bi-color bow was made on my Bow-it-All V3.0 Tool using two of the 5/8" ribbons from the June Ribbon Club Assortment.

For a video tutorial on how to make this pretty bow, please click HERE.
I also added a small banner using the Champagne Netting on the front under the sentiment.  I found a pretty sand dollar charm to compliment the sand dollar die cuts at the bottom of the front cover.
Thanks so much for stopping by today.  I hope you are having a fabulous holiday weekend!
