Oh my! I have enjoyed every stop along the way of this amazing hop. I love the cards and decorating ideas and lovely ways of adding some of the pretty ribbon to everything.

As for fav Christmas treats, I dream all year for a taste of my home made gluten free Fruitcake. I know its not always the most popular treat but I add lots of spices and toasted pecans and glace cherries. Nothing says Christmas more to me than a hot cup of tea and a slice of the cake while curled up in the arm chair listening to the carols by the lights of the tree. Snowflakes floating by the windows just makes everything perfect. <3 p="">

Hi ribbon lovers!  Bonnie here today with another Christmas card featuring ribbon from the wonderful Christmas themed October Ribbon Club Assortment from Really Reasonable Ribbon.

The October Assortment is a Christmas themed assortment with 9 styles and a total of 17 yards of ribbon and lace.  Each monthly assortment is a color or holiday themed assortment of ribbon.  What a fun way to build you ribbon stash and try new ribbon styles.

My card was created using some great Christmas dies from Cheery Lynn Designs.  Isn't this little penguin adorable?!

My bow was created on my Bow-it-All V3.0 Tool using two of the ribbon styles from the October Ribbon Club Assortment.  I added a pretty Silver Glitter Stardust Rhinestone to the center of the bow.

Grateful, Happy and Blessed Autumn Themed Cards

Hello, Ribbon Lovers!  I don't know what it is about fall, but it always stirs up thankful thoughts and feelings.  Both of these cards are made with Simple Stories "Vintage Blessings" collection.  I found the perfect ribbon to go along with the rustic vibe of both cards.  Take a look.

See what I mean?  I just love these country prints .  I created some felt embellies over the weekend, which was loads of fun.  But I  needed a ribbon that would tie all these different colors together.   This Rust/Ivory Plaid Ribbon hit all the right notes.  

On this cute card, I used just a snippet of the ribbon as a finishing touch for the safety pin embellishment in the top left hand corner. This was actually a scrap of ribbon left over from tying a larger bow.  I simply  trimmed the ends, slipped it through the circle end of the safety pin and tied it in place with a Natural Burlap String bow.

I was amazed at how this tiny bit of ribbon and burlap string made my embellishment pop.  It was such a simple addition, but it made a big difference in the design.  I love that about ribbon!  Here's a closer look at some of the other details on this sweet card.

Inside, I added a cute little  recipe card, tea bag wallet and honey stick to the pocket.

Grateful, Thankful, Blessed Easel Card

I used this  lovely Ivory/Rust ribbon again to tie the triple loop bow on this 5" x 7" vertical easel card.  

Here's what the card looks like closed.  

I love the way the bow cluster draws the eye to the sentiment on my little house.  

I managed to fit a small chocolate pocket on the inside of this happy card.

I hope I've shared some ribbony inspiration today that you'll be able to use  in your own crafty adventures.

Inspirational Wall Hanging

Hi friends and happy Monday to you! Linsey here today sharing my latest mixed media creation, which is an altered CD turned inspirational wall hanging! I really had a ball making this one and I sure hope you enjoy seeing it! 

I first altered the CD base using a stencil and embossing paste, then I colored it with sprays and inks. The center was decorated with a metal clock frame and a resin piece with chipboard wings. Then I added the inspirational bible quote to the front.

Now, for the fun part--all that gorgeous ribbon and trim!

 I used my Cropadile to punch holes through the cd and then tied different trims through each hole. The following were used: Light Blue Mini Ric Rac, Rosemary Natural Crochet Lace, Sharon White Crochet Lace, Jute String Royal Blue and Burlap String Ivory. I added some beads and charms to some of the trims at the bottom. I like the overall effect.

Merry & Bright Holiday Card

Happy Sunday! Cherry  here at the RRR blog.

I have had Christmas on the mind.  I have many Christmas projects I want to get done this year, so I better get busy.  I have a card to share today featuring pretty ribbon and embellishments from Really Reasonable Ribbon.

 I used my all time fave Lipstick Red Seam Binding.

 I love this brilliant red....never grow tired of it.  I also added some fun Plaid Cabochons

Sweet Christmas Tag

Hello crafty friends, Cheryl here with a sweet Christmas tag I created for Really Reasonable Ribbon using some of their gorgeous ribbons from the October Ribbon Club Assortment, and then some embellishments as well. I picked two ribbons and then the lace from this month's kit. Love them all!!!

On my tag I chose to use Graphic45 design paper to cover this large tag, then cut one of the design papers that had little tags and added this one using the foam tabs, and that is where the Santa and sentiment came from. I had some red poinsettia's that I had cut extra for my card yesterday and thought they would be cute on this tag, so I added what I had left. I also added some 8mm pearls, metal leaves, and green leaves to the cluster of poinsettias. I added lace across the bottom, and then used the large diamond satin to tie through the hole, and then used the other satin to create my bow.

I had a lot of fun creating this sweet little Christmas tag, as it took very little time, and was super easy to make. Love when you can make tags fast, and they turn out cute! :)
