Hi Y'all! Misty @Mommyofkidz here today sharing a bow that I created using a plethora of Really Reasonable Ribbon! When I make bows, I primarily use Grosgrain Ribbon because it is thicker and will hold it's shape better than any other. Occasionally, I will use others such as the May Arts Gingham ribbons for a bit of enhancements. I rarely will use Satin Ribbon on my bows, but I have been known to once or twice. Especially if I find one with a fabulous print!
Today's Bow, however, only uses two types of ribbon. Grosgrain and Gingham. I have incorporated a variety of prints into this mix to add a bit of whimsy. I have grosgrain ribbons in Stripes, Solids, Swiss Dots and Florals. and I even added in one of those irresistible May Arts Ginghams that I mentioned earlier.
I used a total of 8 different ribbons for this bow, in all different sizes.
If you go shopping in the
Really Reasonable Ribbon Store, you will find most of these ribbons are still available...or something similar. And a LOT of it just might be on
SALE! Oh...I also buy all of my clips from
RIGHT HERE . Bonnie has ALL the variety and shapes imaginable, and everything that I need!
The cute little skunk center that I used is the only think that I used that is not available in the RRR Shop, but I did include a photo of the buttons that I used. I have had these in my stash for a while now, and it was time to use them! So I did a mash-up of the 2 themes. lol
