Springtime Mailbox with RRR

Hello crafty friends and Happy Wednesday to you all! Cheryl here today to share this super fun Tin Mailbox I decorated using Really Reasonable Ribbon, Flowers and embellishments. These are super fun to make, and Ive made 2 this year now.

So first I started with a mailbox that I bought from Walmart several years back. Next I covered the mailbox and the front door with design paper. I did use scape to attach it to the mailbox. Next I covered using trims that really reasonable ribbon carried years ago and put it around the door and the mailbox. Then I chose my flower assortments all from really reasonable ribbon and hot glued them to the top. I did add some Swiss dots grosgrain ribbon that Bonnie carries in the shop. I also added some Little embellishments that are also from really reasonable ribbon. For the front door I grabbed a butterfly and a little tag out of my supplies. And lastly I added the swirl gems to complete my mailbox. If you haven't decorated one of these, you have to try at least once as they are so much fun. Ive made these for the grandkids for valentines day and for others as well to gift. super fun! I love that you can use ribbons, trims, flowers, leaves and embellishments and brads and all the fun things we collect over the years.
Really Reasonable Ribbon Supplies:

other supplies I used are from my stash. Butterfly, fabric brads, tulle, gem swirls, design paper, mail box, tag, and leaves all are from my stash.

Spring Card by Cherry Nelson

Hello RRR paper peeps!   Cherry here to share an ultra shabby Spring card.

It is an all occasion card using gorgeous pink seam binding
I have been having a ball using mixed media techniques...I used some gesso, cheesecloth, and snippets of a vintage hankie to add texture.  I also embossed some of the chipboard to add a pop of color.

Well paper friends, that is it for me!!!  Enjoy, Cherry

Thank You Card with Ribbon and Flowers

Hello everyone.  Today I have a card I made for a co-worker using beautiful flowers, ribbons, and embellishments from Really Reasonable Ribbon. I had so much fun making this card and she LOVED it! I'm loving the NEW Bold Satin with Grosgrain Edge Ribbon that Bonnie carries. I will post a link to videos on my bow making here.
So for my card base I used the My Makers Movement Thanks die for the top of my card. Love using these fun dies to create a fun card for giving. Next I used the flowers from RRR, they are under cabochons flower rhinestones.  They were hot glued on the Thanks. I love adding lots of layers to my cards, and this one I'm very pleased with. I did a flower cluster in the upper left corner using two different ribbons and lots of beautiful flowers. I also used the green leaves and some die cut floral swirls.  The sentiment is from Just Right Papercraft.

A Beary Special Thanks Card

Hello everyone and Happy New Year to you all! Today I have a super darling card I designed using Really Reasonable Ribbon's beautiful flowers, ribbon, and supplies. It's so nice to be now creating in a new year, I'm loving it!

So for my card today I chose to use the beautiful ribbons from the December Ribbon Club Assortment.  I also used the beautiful lotus flowers in 2-tone baby pink for the main flower. Next I chose to use the pink cherry blossoms, mixed pink miniature sweetheart blossoms, and blue tone rose buds. I love all the flowers Bonnie carries over at the RRR shop!

Design papers I chose are from a paper stack for Christmas called Bundled Up! by Crate Paper, love it! For my darling stamps and dies I chose My Makers Movement stamps and coordinating dies, aren't they darling!? I did color them with Copic markers and the little sweet bear is holding a RRR heart embellishment, so cute!

Love, Hope & Joy

Hello to all our ribbon loving friends!  It's Karen Letchworth posting today.....and let me assure you that you don't really even have to be a ribbon lover to be a lover of Really Reasonable Ribbon because we carry SO much more than just ribbons.  While we do, admittedly, carry the widest variety of ribbons and trims you can imagine; we also have gorgeous Mulberry FlowersAdhesivesEmbellishments, and...the list goes on and on.
For today's card, I used white cardstock and a piece of October Afternoon patterned paper from my stash.  I die-cut the frame from a piece of white wood grain patterned paper, and in the middle of that I stamped my sentiment which is from Simon Says Stamp Big Scripty Holiday Greetings Stamp Set. Next, I added three gorgeous White Lotus Flowers, several (light turquoise) Miniature Mixed Blue Sweetheart BlossomsTwo-Toned Turquoise Open Roses, several White Double Head Stamens and Turquoise Double Head Stamens.  Lots of fabulous Scor-Tape holds everything together securely.
I also tucked in a Green Mulberry Leaf, a White Mulberry Leaf, and some bundled Ivory Burlap String.  At the bottom right of my card, I attached a White Flat Back Pearl.  As I mentioned, there is SO much more than (oodles of) ribbons available at Really Reasonable Ribbon.  This card uses no less than 12 of their items, and only one of those is a spooled trim.  So, I really do hope you will stop by Really Reasonable Ribbon to look around for some Christmas treats for yourself.  You will LOVE what you see.  Thanks so much for stopping by.  We always appreciate your visits and comments.  Have a wonderfully creative week, and really.....check out Really Reasonable Ribbon for all your crafting needs.  They have SO much to offer.

Blessings,
Karen
