Freshly Picked "Graduation Card"

Hello everyone, and Happy Saturday to all!!!
Cheryl here today, and I wanted to share my card created for Really Reasonable Ribbon . On my card for today I used beautiful Satin Ribbon & Lovely leaf Trim from Really Reasonable Ribbon! I LOVE how this card turned out for today!
Love the SWEET floral flowers I created here! I also used Really Reasonable Ribbon Ruby Red Satin ribbon, and Moss Green Leaves. I wanted to add a bow to this, but it was covering up the paper, dies, and all the sweetness of this card, so instead I decided to tuck my bows under the dies :) Hehehe that way it didn't take away from this card.

Card Instructions
Card Measures 5 1/2" x 5 1/2" - white card stock is cut at 5 1/2" x 11" and scored at 5 1/2"
Layer 1 - Black card stock cut at 5" x 5" then green design paper is cut at 4 3/4" x 4 3/4"
Layer 2- Black cut at 4" x 4 1/2" then black polka dots cut at 3 3/4" x 4 1/4"
Layer 3- black cut at 4" x 4" then the strawberry freshly picked dp at 3 3/4" x 3 3/4" now add sewing to all
Layer 4- SENTIMENT  stamped in memento black ink for the (Happy Graduation) and oval frame stamped in Kiwi Kiss SU! ink. Then I cut it out using the ovals. Next layer in black behind this is the Heart & Frames Dies (Heart shaped one is in black, then the large frame is in white (Cut apart) for the beautiful frame behind.
Flowers- were cut out in a random design paper that I hardly ever use, but I bought for super cheap, so it works for flowers.  It's a cream /blueish color. I then airbrushed each flower(8 of them) with copic RV23 and then dusted with distress ink Fire Brick. Next I added a little button to the centers.
Greenery- was done using Really Reasonable Ribbons Moss Green leaves, and then adding floral die cuts(cut in green card stock) and then distressed those in Shabby shutters distress ink.
Ribbon Loops- Really Reasonable Ribbons Satin Ruby Red ribbon, and created 2 bows, and then turned them into looped ribbon treatments for my card.
Embellished with sewing!
Inside of my card I used the DCWV Freshly Picked stack, and stamped my sentiments onto it. Super Simple for an easy and quick inside fix.
I hope you enjoyed my post for today! I always love to hear what you think, or what you would like to see!!!
Have a super awesome weekend!
Hugs to all,
Cheryl

Bella Strawberries with Really Reasonable Ribbon

Hello everyone, and Happy Friday to all!
Today's card was designed for Really Reasonable Ribbon using beautiful trims, flowers, and ribbon! It also features The Scrapping Cottage!

Card Measures 5 x 5

I used the Moss Green Leaves Trim to wrap around the front of my card.  Then I tied it, and added a Delicate Stitched Satin Pearl Pink bow, topping that with the beautiful Sweetheart Blossoms that I LOVE!!!

I am having so much fun using these beautiful CottageCutz Petites. It's been years since I have made 4 x 4 cards, and they are super fun and easy to make. Once I added the Moss Green Leaves Trim, I was able to add my scalloped circle with the strawberry and sentiment. Lastly I added the bow and Sweetheart Blossoms.

I used the Sweet CottageCutz Strawberry Petite on my card. Strawberries are one of my favorite fruits, and LOVE how it goes perfectly with the design paper I had picked up months ago at American Crafts.

Supplies Used:
CottageCutz/Strawberry Petite
Really Reasonable Ribbon/Moss Green Leaves
Really Reasonable Ribbon/Delicate Stitched Satin Pearl Pink
Really Reasonable Ribbon/Sweetheart Blossoms
Really Reasonable Ribbon /Scor-Tape
American Crafts Design Paper
American Crafts Card Stock
Martha Stewart Around the page punch
Copics for coloring
Stamps/Cricut

I hope you enjoyed my card for today.  This one was super fast and easy to make!
Thank you for looking!!

hugs to all,
Cheryl

Floral Tea Time Card with Ribbon Accents

Hello everyone, and Happy Saturday to all!! Today I'm sharing my Floral Tea Time card I made for Really Reasonable Ribbon & The Scrapping Cottage.

On my card for today I used the Sweet CottageCutz "Teacup & Flowers" Die.  I cut it out in white and colored it with Copic markers. Next I added some of the Viva Pearl Pen for dots on the bottom and top of the cup.

The Flowers, Moss Green Leaf Trim, Swiss Dot Satin Ribbon, and Seam Binding are all from Really Reasonable Ribbon and can be found there. I used Glory Blue Seam Binding for behind my bow. My bow is Satin Swiss Dots Lemon, and the leaf trim is Moss Green Leaves. Next I used the Sweetheart Blossoms Flowers, and glued them onto the trim.

The stamped Ticket is from Unity stamps, and the Design Paper is from American Crafts.

Thank you for stopping by, and I hope you all have a super wonderful weekend!

Hugs to all,
Cheryl

Vintage Christmas Snowflake Ornament

Happy Wednesday Friends!!
This is Heather with my First RRR post!!

I am so excited to be joining the talented Design Team here at Really Reasonable Ribbon!

For my first project I would like to share with you this fabulously trimmed
Vintage Snowflake Ornament!
I used all kinds of lovely trims and ribbons from RRR.
These are some of my favorites, so you will see them on many of my creations!!
Moss green leaves, mini yellow pom poms, Sheer Iridescent champagne ribbon,  Peppermint baker's twine, and curly sparkling white trim really give my ornament that Vintage look!
Here are some close ups.
I created the ornament using a collage sheet I designed for
Gecko Galz
Below you will see where I trimmed the leaves to give them more of a "holly leaf" appearance.  I also used the Candi Fix Foam Pads to add some dimension to my ornament.
How about a look at the back?  Those of you who know me, know that I have a little disorder that compels me to have the backs of my creations look good too.
I just love how the Sparkling trim and Ranger's Barn door stickles really adds to the vintage Christmas look!  When this is on one of my trees, it will catch and reflect the light beautifully!!
Yummy Peppermint Baker's Twine and Leaves give my vintage buttons some warm hugs!
Okay, now that I have you in the "Holiday creating mood."  Grab a mug of  hot chocolate topped with whipped cream and peppermint sprinkles and enjoy my Tutorial on how to create your own Vintage Snow Flake ornaments!
I will apologize in advance for the length :0)
I get a little carried away sometimes!!
