Blessed Beyond Measure Ribbon Necklace

Adding a pretty ribbon and lace chain to your favorite pendent is easy using Really Reasonable Ribbons.  This soldered pendent is near and dear to me because the sweet girl is my mom as a child.
I combined the Tan Leather Seam Binding and the Debra Natural Crochet Lace to form the chain of the necklace.
I choose the cream tones, but why not grab a few ribbon and lace choices and mix and match with your outfit?  Every time I wear this necklace, I am reminded that I am blessed beyond measure that the Mom God blessed me with.

Wishing you a creative day, dear friends.

Fall Treasure Bags

Do you love giving that special gift in a beautiful decorated bag?  It is so easy to decorate canvas bags using beautiful lace, burlap string and flowers.
I added the burlap leaf to the bag.  Then added a bow using the Ivory Burlap String and topped the bow with the Cosmos Daisy Flowers.
I decorated the kraft tag with petite Debra Natural Crochet Lace.   These bags can be filled with small treasures to be given to someone you love.
Hope you enjoyed this fun and easy project.

Art Journal

It is easy to add softness and interest to your art journal by adding beautiful ribbons, lace and embellishments from Really Reasonable Ribbon.
I used one of my favorite combinations, the Burlap String Natural  and the Sheer Iridescent Champagne Ribbon to form bows to "tie together" my watercolor bouquet.
To add some dimension, I glued the White Netting  to the page and topped it off with the White Magnolia Flower.
For a little softness, I used Debra Natural Crochet Lace and added it to the bottom of the page.
I hope this inspires you to add some pretty ribbons, lace and embellishments to your next creative project.
Wishing you a creative day.

Little Accents Make Big Impacts

Hello ribbon lovers!
I am excited to be sharing a beautiful layout using Really Reasonable Ribbon products.
On this layout, I wanted the photos of one of my many antiquing adventures to be center stage.  I used the beautiful Deep Ivory Open Roses and the Burlap Natural String on the tag.  I love the versatility of the Burlap Natural String.  It can be layered with ribbons, small enough to add a sweet bow to small flowers or all on it's own.
Next I added another one of my favorite laces, the Debra Natural Crochet Lace.
I finished with adding small amounts of burlap and vintage buttons.
Sometimes the little accents make big impacts.
Hope you are inspired to add a few accents to your next layout or creative project.

Gather Blessings Woodland Card

Hello, Ribbon Lovers!  It's Kathy here with another fun card for fall.

I just love the colors and textures of fall, so I added lots and lots of both to this card made with Authentique Harvest papers.  The combination of humble burlap, homespun  Debra crochet lace, and rustic brown burlap string with Copper Glitz Ribbon is a real winner in my book!

The belly band was created with Antique Gold wired edge Burlap Ribbon. This is no longer carried by RRR (insert moment of silence here).  BUT you could easily get the same great texture by substituting either Antique Gold Netting or Brown Netting.

Of course, I tied that bodacious Copper Glitz bow with the aid of my trusty Bow it All Tool!  It's a must have item in my studio!  To learn how to make the most of it in your craft space, you can subscribe to the Really Reasonable Ribbon YouTube Channel.  Bonnie has an amazing array of helpful tutorials there.

That's all for me today, my friends!  Thanks for stopping by!

Organza Bow for a Sweet Baby Girl Card

Hello, Ribbon Lovers!  It's Kathy here with a little ribbon inspiration for you today.  I had a hankering to take a break from fall/Halloween projects and make a sweet little baby girl card with my G45 Precious Memories papers.  Why?  Who knows?  The idea just popped into my head, and who am I to argue with the muse?  I'm glad I listened, because this card was really fun to make.

I wanted to keep everything about this card soft and sweet and light and airy...even the ribbon and trim.

So I opted for this gorgeous double layer bow tied with 7/8" White Organza topped with Ivory Burlap String.  It makes me think of angel wings.

To add a little more soft texture, I ran a row of Debra Natural Crochet Lace above and below the belly band, as well as along the border at the bottom of the card.

I also dressed up my little safety pin embellishment by tying it with a bit of the same crochet lace trim.

Inside, there's a little gift card pocket.

And a large pocket with a tag that I topped with more Ivory burlap string.

If you haven't worked with organza in a while, you might want to add some to your stash.  It ties beautiful bows, especially when you use  the Zutter Bow-it-All Tool.

Is there anything sweeter than a sleeping baby?

Thanks for stopping by!
