Many Thanks

November 5th?  Say it ain't so?  Well that means ....it is quite ole right to pull out all the stops on holiday creations....it is on!  A Thanksgiving Card for you today here on the Really Reasonable Ribbon blog using Pale Gold Taffeta Ribbon.  It makes the prettiest bows.
I centered a beautiful antique button in the middle....
Along with lots of beaded branches, berries, acorns I collected from the grocery store parking lot....yep I sure did!  Nature is everywhere!  Who doesn't like free acorns?
I also nestled a pretty botanical of leaves among my branches.
Well folks I am off like a herd of turtles today...moving rather slow!  Thanks for visiting the RRR blog, Cherry

Really Reasonable Ribbon Challenge #152 - Tag, You're It Theme with Ribbon or Trim

Hello everyone! It's time for a new challenge here at Really Reasonable Ribbon. Please scroll down to the next post for the winners of the last challenge.

The theme for Challenge #152 is Tag, You're It.
Create a tag for this challenge and be sure to use ribbon, lace or trim somewhere on your project.

*******************

Here is a little inspiration from our design team for challenge #152 to get you started.  All of the sample projects feature ribbon from Really Reasonable Ribbon.

************************

Now, let's see your Tag, You're It creations!
We will be selecting our top three favorite projects to feature, so stop back on November 18th to see our picks along with our next challenge theme.

Here's what you need to do:
* Create a new project using the posted theme.
* You may enter up to 6 projects, but you're asked to provide newly designed projects. No back-linking please.
* All projects must also include some sort of ribbon, lace or trim.
* A maximum of 6 entries per person per challenge please.
* Post your project on your blog or an online gallery (using code RRR152) and link it here with the Inlinkz tool below. Please provide a direct link to your post, not an entire blog.
* You have until November 16th at 11:59 PM Eastern time to enter your projects. Thanks so much for playing and good luck.

PLEASE consider turning off your word verification.
It would be a great help to us if you would consider turning off your word verification if it's active on your blog. To do this is really easy and all you need to do is go to Customize > Settings > Comments > then scroll down to where it says comment moderation and select always (this won't stop anybody leaving you a comment but they won't show on your blog until you approve them). Then scroll down to show word verification for comments? and select No.
We love to visit your blogs and leave comments on all the terrific entries, but the word verification really slows us down. :o)

Christmas Blessings/ Doily Fancy Fold Card

Hello everyone ,
Cheryl here with a Doily Fancy Fold card I created for Really Reasonable Ribbon using the Gorgeous Christmas Ribbon called "Plaid Ribbon Christmas Red/Green/Gold" This ribbon is absolutely beautiful, and makes for some Gorgeous bows(easy to create too). I am having so much fun creating Christmas cards this year, and this one was a super fun one to create. Might have to do some more of this kind :)

My card was created using 4 doilies, 6 circles, 1 frame, and 1 oval. This one has Really Reasonable Ribbon to tie it closed. Above you can see it un-tied. My bow is made up using the Plaid Christmas ribbon and I made 2 bows, and glued them to each other. Next I hot glued a RRR Embellishment to the center. LOVE this card!!

In the center of my bow I used one of Really Reasonable Ribbons beautiful embellishments called Mixed color Flower shaped flatback round acrylic rhinestone embellishment in red.

All dies used are Cheery Lynn Dies
I hope you enjoyed my post for today! Thank you for stopping by, and have a lovely day!
hugs to all,
Cheryl

Introducing Our NEW RRR Design Team Members

This is the second post of the day.  Be sure to scroll down so you don't miss the fun Christmas card Bonnie has shared today.

Hi everyone.  I'm am soooo excited to introduce you to two new designers that have joined the Really Reasonable Ribbon family.  You are going to LOVE their work!

Hello, my name is Sheila Rumney.  I am a Midwest farm girl at heart living in a small town.  I have been blessed being a wife for 30 years and mother to 2 beautiful children.  I love all things distressed, worn and aged from antiques to primitive farmhouse décor.  This love and appreciation of all things old spills over into my creative process.  My artwork has been published in numerous magazines.  I have been honored to be on many design teams over the years, including Canvas Corp Brands, 7 Gypsies, Tattered Angels, Crafty Secrets and Photographs & Memories.  I am a natural light photographer, artist and scrapbook designer.  I currently teach creative classes for Heart Sisters Scrapbooking Events and Vintage in KC.

Hi, my name is Linsey and I am thrilled to be designing for RRR with this amazing team! I live in Seattle, WA with my wonderful husband and sweet Beagle, Kenzie. I am blessed to be a stay-at-home-wife/furbaby mom and am able to enjoy crafting to my hearts content on a daily basis. I have always loved arts and crafts and this hobby has enriched my life in so many ways.  I look forward to getting to know you, sharing some of my ribbon-inspired creations with you and being inspired by yours along the way!

I hope you will give both girls a very warm welcome.

My bow was created on my Bow-it-All V3.0 with two of the ribbon styles in the October Ribbon Club Assortment.  It's topped off with the pretty White Pearl Daisy Flower.  Really Reasonable Ribbon now carries a big selection of Embellishments.  Head over and take a look!
