Working on Halloween cards - really pretty ribbon this month!
ReplyDeleteGlue, gems, stickers - which I have been using on cards -I have a ton of stickers that need to be used --- so that has been my goal for the last couple days. Thanks for the hop and Happy Halloween!
ReplyDeleteNo projects on my studio table at the moment. Enjoying the outdoors, gardening and lakeside breezes before the weather turns. Once the weather turns, its full speed ahead making cards just like Ginny.... smile
ReplyDeleteBesides my caddy full of "go to" items, I have an assortment of Autumn stamps and dies ready to use as soon as I finish the 3 half-done cards that are also there (lol!). This month's RRR is a true Halloween treat. tfs-stay well.
ReplyDeleteLunch is on my "desk" right now, as I use the kitchen table (and only dinning table) for both dinning and crafting. One day I hope to have a room or even a walk in closet to use for crafting. What a lovely ribbon grouping this month!!!
ReplyDeleteI'm going to “Let the bat out of the bag" and say: what a "Bone-anza" of great makes and inspiration this RRR hop contained. All participants were "very skullful" and all makes were the "scream of the crop" and "most groan-worthy". Happy Halloween and Happy Crafting.....
I so enjoyed reading your comments on this Hop! You have a delightfully wonderful way of playing with the English language!! Many thanks for your entertaining words!
DeleteLOVE! LOVE! LOVE! all the traditional Halloween colors in this ribbon collection! Just now, my work table is loaded with the lovely SWEETY collection by Stamperia...designer papers, fussy cut layered images, die cuts along with color coordinated buttons and cardstock, cupcake and heart charms, sprinkles, ribbons and fibers, my handmade flowers...all sorts of creative joy! Thus far, 6 gorgeous cards have birthed from this creative mess!
ReplyDeleteYour comments were so kind and happy you enjoyed them. Thank you!...
DeleteFirst of all, I LOVE Halloween, so this assortment is just awesome!
ReplyDeleteOn my craft desk now, I have an assortment of die cuts, papers and miscellaneous crafty tools with some fun Halloween cards in progress! That's my coffee table craft desk! I am afraid my other craft desk, aka my dining room table, has many things I need to put away! I have some stamps and dies, lots of paper, embellishments, and some various tools on it! I definitely could use some organizational tips! :)
I have my Copics and Spectrum markers and doing some coloring. Also, I have my cat, Lulu, hanging out on my craft table sometimes.
ReplyDeleteI just finished up making 3 different squirrel fall cards and my next project is an interactive slider card! I LOVE these Halloween ribbons and of course the DTs did a FABULOUS JOB as usual!
ReplyDeleteThe not yet released Woodland collection from Graphic 45 has some great images of squirrels. I hope they release it in time for some Fall projects.
DeleteBeautiful ribbons! Right now my craft desk is loaded down with a few dies, New fall and halloween papers and some work in progress. The best description is, it's a mess!
ReplyDeleteI did just finish up a thank you card for a friend from Kathy's blog of her Throwback Thursday Authentique frontier paper and of course bows with my Really Reasonable Ribbons. I was so pleased ...I made myself one too! And I try to clean up from each project because I'm inspired more to start another one. Thinking about getting out my Halloween goodies with all this inspiration from these amazing ladies projects! Thanks RRR! Suzy Q
ReplyDeleteAs usual, I have several things going. I love making my backgrounds with gelli plate and then decorating and adding embellishments. I've just learned a new card technique called Spanner Panel Card, so I've been doing that a lot this week. Have working a lot with purples and greens, but after this bloghop-I'm going to pull out some other matching colors for fall!! Thanks for all the inspiration!!
ReplyDeletea mess! I can't even list it all. I so need to clean it off. Love the colors of these ribbons.
ReplyDeleteYou don't really see me! You see me peaking through my fingers that are hiding my face! I have made several cards in the last week and the scraps are the things left behind on my desk. My craft area is a part of our master bedroom which is also now where my hubby teaches his college classes remotely...NO, he uses a virtual background so there is some privacy when he's teaching. All said I have to snatch bits of time to craft so nothing is getting picked up. LOL...it really is rather Halloween"ish". Fits right in with this new release but I dare say the new ribbon is waaaaaaay more adorable! Thanks for all the inspiration :)
ReplyDeleteI am working on a birthday card for my Mother-in-law. Her birthday is a few days before the first day of Fall. I thought Graphic 45's Fruit and Flora collection recall late summer/early Fall harvests and the apple green and lilac purple ribbons in this month's assortment pair nicely...or should I say "pear" nicely!
ReplyDeleteMy desk got cleaned today so my craft mat, tool caddy, blending brushes & my paper cutter! Tomorrow it will not look like this!
