Butterfies and Ribbon...

We have some beautiful ribbons out this month for the RRR Ribbon Club and I had this fun idea to create lots of butterflies with them to decorate different projects for summer. I started making these cute little butterflies and I kind of got carried away....

First I created this card to send to my friend that I used some of the soft Silver Edged Pink Satin to make the butterflies.  All you do is cut 2 small pieces of ribbon and wind a piece of thread around the 2 of them and then tie it off.  Then you trim the tops at an angle and then the bottoms just slightly smaller at an angle the opposite way. Then I added a stamen in each and tied it at the top for the antenna. The WOC roses are also from RRR along with the Seam Binding.

The dies are all from Spellbinders and the paper is from MME.  Don't you just love these cute little butterflies!

So then... I thought how cute to make a gift bag and a card to match.  For this I used the Diamond Pastel Satin Assortment that you can see below and I used some of the new RRR Summer assortment to make the hair clips that you see below.  It was a fun craft that you can do with your kids and the ribbons are so pretty that they all come out really nice!!

Purple Almost Vintage-by Jenn Cochran

Hello RRR friends and fans!  Jenn here from Jax Bean Stalks.  I have this pretty purple card today featuring Jute String Lavender and Wild Orchid open roses in white with baby pink.  I also used notebook bitty bags to hold my tag with a sentiment from Crafter's Companion.

This card is a little out of my comfort level as I don't really make very many almost-vintage cards.

What's the Scoop?

Hello! Judy here with a fun little yummy card to share. I used my new favorite set, Flourishes' Pinwheels & Popsicles, for my images this week.

I stamped my cone using Memento Tuxedo Black ink on Crumb Cake (SU!) cardstock, and then colored in with Prismacolor pencils. I added a little Spica Glitter pen to the cherry (Red) and cone (Chocolate) hash marks.

The Kraft Little Bitty bag, Cotton Candy Baker's Twine, and Pearl Pink Chevron ribbon is from the Really Reasonable Ribbon Store. I am hooked on these little bags! They are so cute and come in three designs in the kraft! My designer paper is by My Mind's Eye.

Halloween Treats!

Happy Friday Ya'll. Angi here with some fun Halloween treat bags!

I made these using the Bitty Bags and Baker's Twine that are available in the RRR Store.

Here's a close-up shot of the yummy RRR twine.

The twine comes in a variety of vibrant colors.



These Bitty Bags are new in the RRR shop.

They are great to use for Halloween treats for the kiddos.
