Now, be sure to leave some love at all the stops along the way. Your comments are most appreciated!
At the end of the hop, comment on this post answering the question below for a chance to win our fun October Ribbon Club assortment shown below.
Our question of the month is:
What is your Holiday crafting style? Start now, have everything done by Thanksgiving and sit back and enjoy the season, OR....start making your holiday creations in mid-December and sweat it out until the very last minute.....
I like to think I'm a plan ahead girl, but sometimes it just doesn't work out!

I don't like the whole 'Push the Season' thing that goes on earlier and earlier each year in the stores, but when you are making hand-made items for the holidays it's best to plan and work ahead. We are fully stocked with Christmas Ribbons and trims now, so head on over and take a look!
Our winner will be selected from the numbered comments on this post on Thursday, 10/17 using random.org. Be sure to check back on Thursday evening to see if you are our lucky winner.
Thanks so much for hopping with us today. We hope you'll stop by and so some shopping at Really Reasonable Ribbon soon.

I start planning early, but usually don't finish as early as I planned. One card seems to lead to a lot of cards. LOL
ReplyDeleteI start out good, then it all falls apart somewhere along the way...where does the time go anyway?? Oh well, it all works out in the end, until next year, and then its the same thing again...lol!!
ReplyDeleteI made the hop, but could not leave a comment on Jenn's blog...sorry, but it wanted me to change my google setting to public and I didn't want to do this...but her work is gorgeous!!!
ReplyDeleteI would love to have my Christmas cards and gifts purchased by thanksgiving but that usually doesn't happen. I'm happy if I get half done .
ReplyDeleteAfter this blog hop I'm ready to start my Christmas projects NOW! What incredible inspiration these wonderful ladies provide through the use of their gifts.
ReplyDeleteWhat amazing projects. simply stunning! & such inspiration. Thank you all for sharing.
ReplyDeleteOh my goodness haha is my answer to your question. :-) I plan ahead but mostly don't get anything done until December when I'm running around throwing creations together.

I always start to plan at about 100 days before Christmas since it takes time to make homemade goodies.
ReplyDeleteThis has been a fantastic blog hop full of inspiration. Thanks so much!
Hugs,
Snoopy :D
P.S. FYI, Jen's blog wouldn't let me comment unless I created a Google+ account.
Crazy Google went down on me just as I was on the last person before coming here to comment. I loved the hop. All the projects were so stunning. You are all an incredible team.
ReplyDeleteThis year I have made 4-6 cards a month for Christmas. I joined a challe3nge blog so that I would. Making 50 cards in December was way too hard and stressful. I tried that the last 2 years and decided that was not happening again. Before that I always made my cards in November. that was before I joined DT's and blogging. Edwina Brown
I'm a plan ahead girl when it comes to getting our Christmas cards made and sent out early, however when it comes to gifts, I'm usually finishing up tail end details on Christmas eve.
ReplyDeleteThis hop had some really beautiful projects with some very beautiful colors !!! :)
ReplyDeleteI work on homemade gifts all year. I'm a "New Years Card" maker, and only make Christmas cards for close family, so those are usually started right after Thanksgiving. I love all the card ideas (and even hair things!) on the blog hop and will be using some of them for inspiration! I thank all the DT members for sharing with me!
ReplyDeleteI like to plan ahead but sometimes it doesn't always work out that way.
ReplyDeleteGreat blog hop!
ReplyDeleteI always want to be the plan ahead person but life gets in the way and it seems every year I am sweating it out.
I always "plan" to "plan ahead" but then I procrastinate until the last minute and mass produce my Christmas cards in a crafting frenzy - love it though. This was a fun hop.

such pretty ribbon and not colors you would expect on Christmas cards but all the designers did great stuff with it!
ReplyDeleteI start now but am almost always not done until mid December or so! Love the hop and great ribbon assortment!
ReplyDeleteI used to be so good at getting things done early, but alas that seems to have gone the way of the dial phone. I'm always cramming at the last minute to get things done.
ReplyDeleteLove this ribbon assortment! Your DT is awesome! I usually get a pretty early start on my Christmas card making, because I love Christmas anything so much!
ReplyDeleteI start early so i can finish early and enjoy the holiday season but i usually end up doing last minute shopping all the way to the end :)
ReplyDeleteI don't mind making cards a little early, but I don't want to push into Christmas before Halloween, that's for sure...and I'd like to get through Thanksgiving since that our big holiday at our house with family. I don't procrastinate, I do plan, but I plan my Christmas mid to late November through to Christmas.
ReplyDeleteP.S. Awesome bloghop. Nice job!
ReplyDeleteThe plan is to start early, finish early. Reality is start early, finish dangerously close to last minute!
ReplyDeleteI'm a little bit of both. I try to buy Christmas gifts at craft and art shows all through the year. But on the persons who are hard to buy for...I'm usually just under the wire!
