Get Your Party Hats On!

Hey all! It's Emily here with another fun project post! 

I created a paper bag mini album and matching party hat for a special Birthday Girl! I just love the colors in the paper, it lead me to use LOTS of fun ribbons! Ribbon is the perfect embellishment, weather you tie it to the spine of an album, or use it for tags.
