Easter Blessings Card by Cherry Nelson

Hey there, Cherry  here on the RRR blog!  Today I'm sharing a card for Easter...using the
gorgeous 5/8" Blue Topaz Taffeta Ribbon.

I've been having fun making different bows than the normal.....this one I looped a bunch of times and tied wire so the loops would hang down only.  I added lots of special handmade florals and goodies.

I also added blue carnations.

Thanks for coming by today on the RRR blog.
xoxo, Cherry

A Tea Party Under the Lilacs

Lush Lilac Tea Party Card by Kathy Clement for Really Reasonable Ribbon

Hello, Ribbon Lovers!  Would you like to join me for a little tea party underneath the lilacs?  Today I have one of my signature Tea Party in a Box cards to share with you.  Springtime and Lilacs and Tea are all tied together with lovely Light Orchid Taffeta Ribbon from the March Ribbon Club Assortment

This box style slimline card measures 8 1/2" x 4 1/4" with a 3/4" top fold spine.  I've attached the Light Orchid Taffeta Ribbon with Scor-Tape on 3 sides of the card.  The Lilac blooms are  handmade and sprinkled with fine glitter to add just a touch of extra sparkle and shine.

The inside of the card has a lovely box pocket to hold all the little goodies you need at a Tea Party for One.  I've dressed up some of the packages with Spring Pastel Leaf Print Satin Ribbon, which is also part of the March Ribbon Club.

It won't be too long before the lilacs bloom.  But in the meantime, I'll have to be satisfied by playing with pretty spring ribbons and papers.  Life is pretty sweet, isn't it?

Thanks for stopping by!

Easter Cuties Cookie Cutters

Hello everyone and Happy Wednesday to you all! Today I'm sharing these darling cookie cutters I decorated for Really Reasonable ribbon using the beautiful ribbons, flowers, stamens, and bead sprays. Love how fun & easy these were to decorate.
I bought a set of 4 of these.  They came with two small ones, and then two larger matching ones.  These I have on a 2 tiered tray in my kitchen and thought how cute they would look decorated. So on the chick I used the Pink Gingham Ribbon, Miniature Gardenias, and the Blue Stamens. For the bunny I chose to use the Delicate Stitched Ribbon, and then the Bead Berry Spray.
Thank you for looking and have a lovely day! Hugs to all, Cheryl

Warm Wishes Wrapped In Lace

Hurray!  It's your ribbon-loving friend, Karen Letchworth here today sharing a super sweet little project I created using a few of the (many) wonderful products from Really Reasonable Ribbon.  This little thread-shaped tag/card will go on top of a gift.  I always know that, no matter what the project, Really Reasonable Ribbon will always have the perfect trims and adornments I need.
I started with a cardboard die cut thread spool shape, and I used a milky white acrylic paint for the base.  I inked the edges with some Burlap and Green Cut Grass Tim Holtz Oxide Inks.  I used some Spun Sugar Tim Holtz Oxide Ink to stencil some circles onto the background, and I dotted a few pops of color using pink and mint acrylic paints.  I did the same inking and stenciling on the miniature tag.  The spool image I stamped is Vintage Thread 2 from Inspired By Stamping.
I wrapped a length of lovely Ivory Crochet Lace around the spool card.  There are many beautiful varieties of Crochet Lace in the RRR store in both ivory and white.  I used a Miniature Rusty Pear-Shaped Safety Pin from the Embellishments section to hang my tiny tag.  Just look at how SWEET that is.  Really Reasonable Ribbon has such GORGEOUS products.
Finally, I added a few Miniature Double Head Stamens, some bundled Ivory Burlap String, and from our extensive Mulberry Flower category.....a White Sweetheart Blossom and two Pink Apple Blossoms.  I also used some Scor-Tape from the Adhesives section to secure the wrapped Ivory Crochet Lace.  We're so grateful that you stopped by today, and hope that you'll visit often for lots of great inspiration and so much more.

Blessings,
Karen

Hello All Occasion Greeting Card

Hello friends and crafty peeps! Ginny here with a spring inspired all occasion greeting card.

The color palate of this card is making me think of warmer days ahead. When everything bursts back in to bloom.

I've been working a lot with my stash ribbons and I was so happy to rediscover this gorgeous chevron striped twill  in the most perfectest celery color.

Here I have a combination of ready made and made by me flowers. Of course I'm using the beautiful stamens from RRR to finish of the focal flowers and filled in the arrangement with white lotus flowers for a generous display.

My craft desk is my kitchen table so I only bring out materials that I am actively using before all need to be cleared away before dinner prep. I just finished some St. Pat's cards using a fun green and yellow argyle printed grosgrain ribbon from RRR. I can't wait to start on the spring projects with these beautiful colors in this month's Club assortment...but will wait until after the corned beef and Irish soda bread dinner planned for next Wednesday.

Now if you didn't win, don't worry!! We will be 'hopping' each month so you'll have another chance to win soon! We hope you stop by and visit our blog often.

Easter Envelope Card by Cherry Nelson

Hello my lovely RRR peeps!  Cherry here today! Now that Valentine's Day 2021 has come and gone (whatttt?) I feel it only necessary to start Easter 2021. This year I am craving these soft pastels.  More than any other year.  When I was done with this particular card I was smiling, and that has been sorely lacking.  I used some old embossing folders to emboss my cardstock and also some chipboard. Then I got really wild and broke out my envelope punch board and made this envelope.  I had fun adding things to the inside and lining it in this cute polka dot paper.

I added some diecuts, handmade florals, berries, buttons, lace, and ribbons.  I wanted to soften things up so I edged all my papers with some chalkboard marker.

It's all in the details so I added some Nuvo drops to my wood heart in pink...added some texture with some jute string and called this card done!  Make sure to scroll down for a supply list.

I hope you enjoyed your visit today to the RRR blog!  As always stay healthy and creative.
XOXO, Cherry
