Hello Friend!

Hello everyone & happy Saturday! It's Emily here from Create Serendipity with a quick little post for the weekend. 

If you couldn't tell by now, I LOVE to make bright & cheery projects. When I go shopping, I am always drawn to the bright colored papers & ribbons. I had a Springtime paper collection laying around but wanted to make a fun summer friendship mini album, so that's what I did! 

I like to use paints, mists, inks, etc when I craft and those get REALLY messy. Though I have a glass top desk, sometimes it's harder to keep clean. My new best friend is my Scor-Pal stay put craft mat!

This craft mat is much better than any other on the market (trust me, I own them). This one actually stays FLAT while you're working and doesn't slide all over your desk! Great to use when you are stamping, misting, inking, painting, etc.

 It just wipes right off with a paper towel! It really came in handy when I made this mini album, as you can see, I got out the acrylic paint and did some painting on the edges.
