Sweet Ride a Pony Baby Card

Hello everyone, Cheryl here with a sweet baby card to share today. I made this card for Really Reasonable Ribbon & The Scrapping Cottage using the beautiful ribbons, netting, and hemp from RRR, and then beautiful CottageCutz Baby Dies from The Scrapping Cottage.

I LOVE the Delicate Stitched Pink Satin Ribbon that Bonnie carries at the Really Reasonable Ribbon store. It's beautiful in person, and pictures don't seem to show all the beauty. I criss-crossed the ribbon for a different look. Then used the White Tulle and ran it across the center over the Ribbon and tied it in a bow. Next I added a big pink bow using the same Delicate Stitched Pink Satin.

My buttons are also from the Really Reasonable Ribbon store, and I used the Hemp in PINK for a sewn look. Love using the Hemp Bonnie carries.  It's perfect for the buttons.

The Baby Dies I used are CottageCutz dies, and are from the New Baby Release (The Scrapping Cottage). The Design Paper is from American Crafts and one is the Pebbles collection.

I enjoyed creating my card for today! It was super easy!!!

Thank you for stopping by, and for all your lovely comments! Hope you have a super AWESOME Day!!
Hugs to all,
Cheryl

Paris Button Card with Bee Tag Card

Hello there Paper Peeps!  Ginny here and I'm just buzzing in the morning to share a very bee-utiful card I created with fabulous trim from Really Reasonable Ribbon along with pretty patterned papers and vintagy images!

The scrumptious trim is Black Circus Dots Grosgrain.  I've also added a pretty little die cut frame, and paper rosette. This is a very dimensional card! The vintagy images come from my Bees and Buttons Creativity Kit. Okay that's all for me...time to head to the shop to see what kinda trouble I can get into. Wishing you all a happy and productive day with lots of time to bee creative : ) G

* All projects must also include some sort of ribbon, lace or trim.

PLEASE consider turning off your word verification.
It would be a great help to us if you would consider turning off your word verification if it's active on your blog. To do this is really easy and all you need to do is go to Customize > Settings > Comments > then scroll down to where it says comment moderation and select always (this won't stop anybody leaving you a comment but they won't show on your blog till you approve them). Then scroll down to show word verification for comments? and select No.
We love to visit your blogs and leave comments on all the terrific entries, but the word verification really slows us down. :o)

You're Not Old... You're Vintage

For our August Blog Hop, please click HERE.

Hello, Friends! It's Kathy here, ready to share some ribbony goodness with you. This cheery turquoise and yellow birthday card makes me happy every time I look at it.  I got the cute retro images, ephemera and papers from my favorite Etsy shop, Polly's Paper.

Retro RRR 01

This Turquoise Shimmer Satin Ribbon was the perfect accessory for my retro card. I added some hand made Posy Patch flowers from Heartfelt Creations along with buttons, paper tape, and a perky yellow burlap string bow. I also salvaged a label from a Clabber girl baking powder tin because I thought they were too cute to throw away. Yeah, my sweet hubby doesn't throw anything away until he checks with me to make sure I don't want to add it to my stash in the Closet of Shame. I computer journaled the sentiment because I don't have a stamp with this greeting on it.  Here's a peek at the inside.

I hope you have a sunny, happy and creative day!

All Hallows' Eve...

Hellllo to you!  Isn't this little guy too cute?  A bit scared lookin' , but oh so sweet!  This little project was so fun to make.  I started with a mini paper mache box and painted it up with pumpkin orange.  I added handmade crepe paper and a big glitter spiderweb.  I topped the web off with gingham in black 3/8 inch and nestled a bit of black seam binding in the middle of it.  I tied a cute little ticket to the middle with burlap string in natural.
The center attraction is the chipboard star with my image nestled inside.  I added a dowel to the back and stuck it into my box with hot glue to make it extra sturdy.  I added tinsel to the outer edges along with mini rustic jingle bells and a cute layered Halloween sticker.   Well that is it for me.....enjoy!  cherry
