Sweet Baby Boy Mini Album

Happy Monday everyone! It's Emily here today with another fun little mini album.

I made this paper bag mini album for my neighbor who wanted an album to store photos of her baby boy.

You can't tell from the photos, but I added some of the Middy Bitty bags in between every white bag for more photo space and also more pockets to tuck little things in. I think pockets are PERFECT for baby albums, I know I saved a lot of little things when my daughter was born that would fit perfectly right inside those little pockets.

Thanks for stopping by today!

Family Mini Album

Happy Monday everyone! It's Emily here from Create Serendipity with another mini album to share with you today!

This is an itty bitty mini album. It's only 3x3 in size! It's hard to tell that from photos, but it's tiny! I am really addicted to making these because they are so quick & easy to make! All you need are the cute little paper bags that you can find in the party section of your local craft store.

The pretty ribbons that I used on this album are the Aqua Satin Double Ruffle Ribbon and Sunflower Swiss Dots Gorsgrain.

Thanks for stopping by today!

A Paper Bag Album and Tutorial

Hello friends!  Jan here with a mini that's just in time for quick and easy holiday gift giving. It's always fun to have a little brag book in your purse and share it with others. These sweet little Middy Bitty bags are from Really Reasonable Ribbon, one is the polka dot kraft and the other is the stripes kraft. Perfect size for a mini since they're 5"x7.5". I've also used the natural jute string for my bows. The papers are by Simple Stories.
Here's how to make your own:
1.)  Start with 2 Middy Bitty Polka Dot bags and 1 Stripes Kraft Bag.

2.)  Fold the bags in half.

3.)  Sew on the fold.

4.)  Cut a shape that will partially cover the front and the back.

5.)  Glue the shape into place.

6.)  Glue a button on the right side of the shape.

Repeat on the back.

7.)  Decorate inside as desired.
8.)  Using Natural Jute String, make a bow to place on top of the button on the front.
9.)  Take a piece of jute and tie from the inside to the outside and bake a bow.
