Nature's Autumn Bounty

Ciao Bella Sound of Autumn, Really Reasonable Ribbon, Reneabouquets- Kathy Clement-Kathy by Design
Fall Bounty Easel Card: Really Reasonable Ribbon, Ciao Bella Sound of Autumn, & Reneabouquets
Hello, Friends!  Today I'm celebrating the season with a Fall Bounty Easel Card.  It's adorned with cozy Copper and Cream Ribbon, Pumpkin Baker's Twine, and Mixed Earth Tone Mulberry Flowers from Really Reasonable Ribbon.  And since we're celebrating, I invited some Reneabouquets paper pretties and Ciao Bella's Sound of Autumn Collection to the party. Ciao Bella Sound of Autumn Easel Card, Reneabouquets, Kathy Clement, Kathy by Design, ReallY Reasonable Ribbon I don't know about you, but fall colors and images make me feel all warm and cozy inside.  And there's something about autumn that calls for lush colors and textures.
A Peek Inside
I'm not sure when I first had the idea to add a pocket inside my easel cards, but now I do it all the time.  The pocket doubles as a stopper for the easel mechanism, and creates a lovely spot to add little treats and gifts to the card. Fall mums mix perfectly with autumn foliage, so I added this little tag and notecard/tea wallet combo to the pocket. And of course, there's a Pumpkin Spice tea bag and honey stick, too!  It's a must on these cooler fall days. This is probably my last fall project for 2023.  It's time to pull out the holiday papers and make some beautiful Christmas cards, folios, and home decor items.  I'm always a little sad to put my favorite season "to bed".  Fall never lasts long enough for me. You can find a linked supply list below this post. Thanks for stopping by, friends! Cheerio, kathy SUPPLY LIST

The Stockings Were Hung

I haven't really started hanging the stockings with care just yet.  However, I do have a really nice head start on my Christmas shopping and card-making.  As always, Really Reasonable Ribbon helps me find the perfect ribbons and trims for every card and project I make as Christmas approaches and all year round.  You're always sure to find the perfect ribbons and trims at Really Reasonable Ribbon along with AdhesivesMulberry Flowers and SO much more.
This card started with basic black cardstock that I layered with an Echo Park patterned paper from my stash.  I cut the patterned paper and the sentiment using the Crimped Edge Dies from The Greetery.  This lovely sentiment is found in the Christmas Sentiments Bundle from Bonnie Garby Designs.  I just LOVE the wonderful images and sentiments from Bonnie Garby Designs because there's a perfect fit for every occasion.
I ran a length of Red & White Bold Gingham Ribbon and a length of Moss Green & Ivory Gingham Ribbon across my card underneath the sentiment.  I tied my sweet bow using the Moss Green & Ivory Gingham and I tucked several Double Head Stamens into the bow.  It's topped with a green button to which I added some Solid Red Baker's Twine.
Down at the bottom right, I added a small piece of ruler washi tape and a fabric covered gingham button from the Embellishment section.  It's attached using a piece of Scor-Tape which holds things securely in place.  The Christmas stocking is a sticker also from my stash.  I really wanted to showcase the lovely ribbons and that super sweet bow.  You can find lots of great inspiration on the Really Reasonable Ribbon Blog and lots of great shopping at both Really Reasonable Ribbon and Bonnie Garby Designs.  Don't miss out on the inspiration and deals.  Just click on the highlighted links to take you directly there.  Thanks so much for stopping by today, and please visit us again soon.

Halloween Shaker Treat bag

Hello everyone, and Happy Wednesday to you all! Todays Shaker treat bag was designed for Really Reasonable Ribbon and The Robins Nest Creative.

For the treat bag I chose to use a shaker topper, that I decorated using Really Reasonable Ribbons Satin ribbon, Foam tabs, and some Scor-tape to adhere everything. I also used some of the bold checked ribbon for my smaller bow that I addd to the tag on the bottom. I foam tabs I used were the black ones, as everything on this is darker for Halloween. Yeah

For my SVG file I chose to use KaDoodle Bug Designs sweet Cutie KaToodles Devil Pumpkin Bear that I did up. I added some tags that I punched out, lots of dew drops from the Robins Nest, and then some shaker pieces that I had in my stash too. Super fun! I will be gifting these to the grandkids for Halloween.

Woodland Critters Tea Party in a Box

Kathy Clement, Really Reasonable Ribbon, Simple Stories Cozy Days, Folio

Hello, Ribbon Lovers!  Fall is the perfect time to cozy up with a hot cuppa and a good book.  That's why I created this adorable Woodland Critters Tea Party in a Box Folio with ribbon, trims and flowers from Really Reasonable Ribbon.

Could anything be more perfect on a woodland themed project than Chipmunk Delicate Stitched Satin?  I've used it as the ribbon closure and added it to the pretty Mixed Earth Tone Chrysanthemum floral cluster, too. It's especially lovely when topped with Pink & Brown Twist Baker's Twine bowsSweetheart Blossoms add a pop of dimension to the cute banner, too.

Simple Stories Cozy Days Tea Party in a Box by Kathy Clement for Really Reasonable Ribbon

The folio base is made with 110# cardstock that I've joined together with 1/2" and 1/4" Scor-Tape.  I don't need to worry about all these fun flips, flaps and pockets failing when I use this adhesive to hold things together!

Kathy Clement for Really Reasonable Ribbon

The tea party is tucked snugly inside the center box pocket of the folio.  Flap pages on either side are filled with tags, pockets, mini folios and flips.  When the treats are all gone, the box pocket is a great place to store photos of your tea party!

I've topped this little bookmark with more Chipmunk Satin and more Baker's Twine.  It's the perfect finishing accent for the project.  If you're looking for a great, all-purpose fall ribbon, I highly recommend it.

Thanks for stopping by!

Cheerio,

kathy

Are you all ready for the little goblins who will be knocking on your door saying, "Trick or Treat" in a few weeks?  Well, if you're making any Halloween cards (or any cards for that matter), then you're sure to find the perfect ribbons, trims and twines (among oodles of other wonderful things) at Really Reasonable Ribbon to help adorn your cards and projects.  And....you'll find oodles of great sentiments for your cards at Bonnie Garby Designs.
This card has a basic black cardstock base layered with some Halloween patterned papers from my stash.  I cut half a small doily from another patterned paper using a Papertrey Ink die.  The ghosts are Jolees stickers from my stash.  The fun sentiment (Hocus Pocus) is from Bonnie Garby Designs and it comes in the Spooky Halloween Bundle.
I wrapped a length of Orange Seam Binding around the bottom of the card and tied a bow with the Orange Seam BindingBlack Seam Binding and a length of Green Apple Baker's Twine.  I tucked in a few Double Head Stamens and topped it all with a pretty Orange Open Rose.  In the upper right-hand corner, I attached a black & white Gingham Fabric Covered Flatback Button.  Pretty much everything was attached using Scor-Tape.

Halloween Treats

Hello crafty friends and Happy Wednesday to you all! Today I have another fun treat box this time designed for Really Reasonable Ribbon and for the grandkids. On this box I also used the darling Halloween Pumpkin Salem from KaDoodle Bug Designs.
These treat pizza boxes I bought at Walmart and decorated using some of my Echo Park Halloween papers. I love this one, as it has the little Cat Salem on here and all the gorgeous RRR Ribbons. I also added some dew drops to my box.

To start I used RRR Scor-tape to add to the top of the box so I can place my design paper on there. I ended up cutting the corners off once on. Next I used a blade tool to cut the window out. I then added a band around the bottom using some chevron print design paper. I did add some Robins Nest Dew drops to the sides using hot glue. Now for the top of my box and decorating it I chose Salem Cat and added some foam tabs to pop him up, and then added my sentiment tag using a foam tab. for the ribbon bands across the top I used some Scor-tape and added the ribbons to it. The bows were hot glued on and then added a diamond dew drop to it .

For the Ribbons I used the bold black checked ribbon, orange gingham, and the green gingham. I used some foam tabs and score tape for my adhesives on this box.

Really Reasonable Ribbon Supplies used:

others used: hot glue, Halloween Pumpkin Salem from KaDoodle Bug Designs,  Dew drops from the Robins Nest Creative , echo park paper , and then pebbles thirty one stack for the orange chevron , stampinup punch, and then sticker for the boo crew echo park.

Thank you so much for stopping by and have a lovely day! Hugs to all!
