Also please know that if you are sitting pretty in a warm climate - I hate you! (NO not really, but you should appreciate your climate!) It's been below freezing for a long time in NY and in the negative numbers as well and we are all very cranky. :) Perfect time for getting crafty though!!

Today it is in the 40s and we're experiencing the January Thaw after two weeks of near zero temperatures here in central Maine. The ice on roofs, paths, and driveway has melted and much of the snow is gone and because it is raining today the snowpack keeps shrinking. We're expecting a serious drop in temperature by noon followed by hours of freezing rain. Loved the Blog Hop! Thanks for so many good ideas!!!
ReplyDeleteWell the temperature at this time is 31 degrees and clear. We had heavy rains yesterday that washed all of the snow away! If only that was the last of it. According to the weather channel we will have more snow on Wednesday. I loved this blog hop. The ribbons are so beautiful. I must now start using more ribbon on my cards!
ReplyDeleteIt is 17 degrees outside with just about an inch of snow on the ground here in Central Kentucky. Brrr!! Beautiful ribbon assortment this month! Thanks!
ReplyDeleteVery pretty set of ribbons for Valentine's projects. We have about 4-5 inches of snow that came after an ice storm yesterday. It is in the low 20's today.
ReplyDeleteI almost feel guilty about listing our weather in WA...after several days of dark and gloomy clouds and rain, today is sunny and forecast to be right at 50! Hooray! NO WHITE STUFF!!! I was surprised to see how vibrant the pink colors photographed on individual sites. The product image is a much softer look. Both are so pretty! Ribbons make such a wonderful difference! LOVE all the tips on creating bows...much appreciated!

No snow here in South Florida. The temp right now is about 63*.

Here in KY we've had single digit temps the last few weeks. It's actually warmer this week but we got some ice and about 3" od snow on top of that with temps in the teens. And possibly more snow on the way. I had to go buy some thermals as our heat wasn't working in the grocery store I work at.

You presented a very inspirational blog hop! I will definitely spend some time in my crafting-room today thanks to you all. Currently in Southern Sweden it's only two degrees below zero (Celsius) and just a few centimeters of snow.
ReplyDeleteHere in NE Ohio it's 10 degrees. How much of the white stuff is difficult to determine since winds have caused drifts. Lovely collection of ribbons!

We are not having the tropical weather you would expect in Houston this week. We are predicted to wake up to a wintry mix Tuesday. I thought we had our snow this year. December 7th, we had REAL snow - the snowball-making, snowman-building kind.
ReplyDeleteThe temp this morning was 5 below warmed to 15 above and now it is snowing. The wind chill has been 25 to 35 below! Snow not much like 5 inchs. Fabulous hop!

ReplyDeleteToday was 60 and no snow in Siesta Key, Florida. It's below average but we are enjoying it compared to 9 degrees back home in KY this morning.
ReplyDeleteLove this ribbon assortment for upcoming Valentine's projects! It was a balmy 28 degrees in Anchorage today with about 3 feet of snow at my house. On the plus side, we are up to 6 hours of daylight!

ReplyDeleteBeautiful ribbon. I do live in a warm climate, East Texas but it has been a cold winter for us. Burnt a lot of wood in the wood burning stove. Supposed to snow and ice up later today but right now the temps are 60 degrees. Was really pretty today. Please don't hate me!
ReplyDeleteIt's about 20 with no snow at the moment, but rumor has it that will change on Wednesday. I'm very excited about that. I adore snow! It's snowed several times this winter, but not much accumulation yet. It's so beautiful and clean looking when everything is covered in white!
ReplyDeleteIn Texas very cold, maybe 20 this weekend. Pretty cool for us. But no snow. I loved seeing all of the wonderful ideas from the designers.
