Peace On Earth Shabby Chic Christmas Ornament Tutorial

Hello Friends!!
Heather here and I hope you are all having a fabulous day!
Yesterday I started putting up my Christmas Decorations!
I know it may seem early, but I put up a LOT of stuff...so it takes a while...lol.
Since I was in the Christmas mood, I decided to create a couple ornaments.
Here is the one I am sharing today.
I LOVE it!!
I used my new Bow it All from Really Reasonable Ribbon to create my fabby Rose Petal Pink Seam binding bow!!
First I created my Collage sheet, which you can find in my
 etsy here.
Here is how it came together.
First I printed, then cut out my pieces.
Next I glued my Star fronts and Backs together.  Then I distressed them with my craft knife.
Inked all my edges with Ranger's Vintage Photo.  I am always amazed at how much this adds to my projects!
I used my Crop o Dile to punch a hole in the top and bottom of the large star, and the top of the little star.
Please refer to the photo above for placement.
I added a piece of jewelry wire, added a few beads, then strung it through the bottom of the large star.  One piece going in from the back, the other the front.  So you bend the wire back down toward the little star, then curl the left overs.  It should like the photo below when you are done.
Next I added the Tombow foam tabs on the back of my Angels and sentiment pieces.  Unfortunately this photo wants to look too green...so I skipped it...LOL.
I used my new Bow it All to create my beautiful bow!
I also used a piece of micro pink gingham from Really Reasonable Ribbon for my hanger at the top.  I inked it with Ranger's Vintage photo. I glued the gingham in place, then glued down my Seam binding bow.
I also added my Angel focal piece.
I added my sentiment to the smaller pink star, and tied a tiny piece of left over baker's twine and glued it to the top of the smaller pink star.
I used my Designer Dries Clear Glue and Ultra fine tip applicator to apply glue to my piece.  Just peachy, Martha's yard and Fauna glitters were used.
Above is a close up of the beautiful Deep Ivory Roses, pink button, peppermint baker's twine and leaves.
Here is a close up of my larger bow and hanger.
I hope you enjoyed my tutorial today!
Here are a couple other goodies I made this week using fabulous Ribbons and Trims from Really Reasonable Ribbon.
Finding Nemo Baby Shower Card.
Look at my fabby bow that I created using Orange with White dots Grossgrain ribbon and the  Bow it All from Really Reasonable Ribbon.
You can see how I put it together on my
video here.
I also created this fabulously Romantic
Pop Up Rose Wedding Card.
I used the 15mm Deep Ivory Mulberry Rosesleaves and Juliet Lace from Really Reasonable Ribbon to give my pop up card that old fashioned vintage look that I love.
Here is the inside
I love the antique gold organza ribbon from Really Reasonable Ribbon, that I used to tie it closed, and for my little tag inside.
I am so excited because it is being featured on
Brag Monday at the Graphic's Fairy.

Thank you for visiting us here at
Really Reasonable Ribbon!!
Hugs!!
