joy...
Welcome to Monday! As we look to the coming holidays with excitement, the season of giving and begin to prepare our lists...look through your craft closets and find creative ways to put a handmade spin on your gift giving this year. Today I am sharing with you a gift box, using Really Reasonable Ribbon 1.5" white grosgrain ribbon...which is beautiful...and a hand towel to match.Last year I purchased a set of vintage towels from a local craft store and have been storing them here since. Here I used a die cut for the angel, RRR lace trim (a variety) for the skirt and stitched away adding a little of this and that. Hand stitched the letters and sewed over them just for a little more detail.Hope this project and all of the projects here, inspire you to make this holiday season a special handmade time to remember for all!
Cute projects, love how you used the lace, and the letters joy look great on the towel. I embroider to so I really appreciate that kind of work.
