Wedding Gift Purse Bag

Welcome back.  I am so excited to share with you the beautiful ribbons and supplies from Really Reasonable Ribbon and the wedding gift box or favor for a wedding or wedding shower that I made today.

I love preparing gift items for weddings, baby showers and birthdays using my gorgeous ribbons, card stock papers, stamps and dies.  It didn't take me much time to make this wedding gift bow.

I used one of my favorite Mid Ruffle Satin red ribbons (shown below) and 1 1/2" wide Silky Crush White ribbon.  Really Reasonable Ribbon has a nice selection of colors of the Silky Crush ribbon and I love how this ribbon was easy to use to make this bow.  I used the 1" Scor-Tape from Really Reasonable Ribbon to stick the bow onto the front and the ribbon on the handle.  I love using this Scor-Tape for all of my bows and ribbons since it is easy to take the bow off of the tape or arrange the ribbon of the bow and reapply it onto the Scor-Tape that was stuck to the paper.

I glued a flat back rhinestone pearl button in the center of this bow.  The Wild Orchid roses and berries are sold at Really Reasonable Ribbon.  I could not have made this beautiful bow without the Zutter Bow It All bow maker from Really Reasonable Ribbon.  Since having the Zutter Bow it All, I have made every bow and now buy this for my friends for Christmas or their birthdays.  They are all using it for making their bows and very happy with this.

Mid Ruffle Satin red ribbon

The 7/8" Mid Ruffle satin ribbon is gorgeous and makes very nice bows.  It comes in six colors.
Other supplies used:

White shimmer card stock
Sue Wilson Design Lace Edge Leaf die
Sue Wilson-Nobel Collection-Ornate Pierced Rectangle
Sue Wilson-Gemini Collection-Dorado
Martha Stewart Punch for the handle
