Thinking of You In Pink And Blue

For the RRR January Blog Hop, please click HERE.

Good morning, ribbon lovers!  Today I have a quick post for you to share a "thinking of you" card I made for a friend.
I was quite suprised that I loved this card as much as I did.  I already knew that pink and blue was one of my fave color combos, but the brown just makes it perfect!
For this one, I used a few layers of ribbon across the center, most of which is covered by that gorgeous bow...but I like using pretty elements that are just barely visible.  I think it adds dimension and really makes you take a hard look at a project so that you don't miss anything!
The ribbons I used for my layered strip are 1 1/2" White Grosgrain, 1" Satin with Grosgrain Edge Lt. Blue, and Wired Woven Chevron Stripe Ribbon Pink

I used the Wired Woven Chevron Stripe Ribbon, Pink to make a 3" triple-loop bow with my Bow it All Tool from Zutter.  Then, I topped that with another triple loop bow, this time at 1 3/4" with Baker's Twine Spool Light Blue/White.  Then I added a button from my stash that was textured, but all white.  I used one of the Copic markers I used to color my image (RV34) to make the texture pop.  Then I topped it all off with a spray of assorted flowers.

Thanks for looking!  Hope you have a beautiful day!
