Learning is a Treasure

Hello everyone! It's Emily here today with a fun back to school project that you can make yourself!

My husband always brings me home things to alter. Some of them are really cool, some... not so much. This however, was one of the really cool items. He brought me a bunch of picture frames and one mirror. I thought the mirror was a neat shape, so I decided to alter it.

I popped the mirror out and spray painted it with some chalkboard paint and then painted the frame with some yellow spray paint.

Once everything was tried, I added some ribbons and stickers and now we have a really cool chalkboard for notes!

RRR Products Used:
Navy Organza, Grey Pleated Satin, Jute String White

  1. Great idea!! Do you think this would work with the glass in a picture frame? I have a lot of old wooded picture frames picked up at garage sales and this would be a great thing to use them for if it would work on plain glass too. Let me know what you think please.
