Really Reasonable Ribbon's Ramblings

Now, be sure to leave some love at all the stops along the way. Your comments are most appreciated!

At the end of the hop, comment on this post answering the question below for a chance to win our February Ribbon Club assortment shown below.

Our question of the month is:

What kind of crafter are you and what are your main craft interests??

Are you a one-trick pony, or are you like me and you dabble in all crafts?  I am a papercrafter, quilter, beader, knitter, hairbow makers, etc, etc, etc.  Anything I see I want to try.  I get bored with one thing for too long, so I hop around to different things and then back again.  Tell us about your crafting interests.

Our winner will be selected from the numbered comments on this post on Friday, 2/17 using random.org. Be sure to check back on Friday evening to see if you are our lucky winner.

Thanks so much for hopping with us today. We hope you'll stop by and so some shopping at Really Reasonable Ribbon soon.

  1. While I like trying many differnt crafts- I love scrapbooking and card making becuase I can really find my creative outlet there. I do some crossstich and knitting but haven't become proficent enough to create my own patterns and such so I am more following a pattern rather than going with the flow which I do as I papercraft or scrap. rlovew1976@yahoo.com

  5. I love the art of scrapbooking, as it leaves a history that my family will enjoy for years. However, I have for the last 6 years - creating Cards for Missionaries who visit Nursing Homes and Shut Ins, Last year we did 861 cards - our goal this year is 1,000. This was my first full blog hop. I truly enjoyed it and have loads of ideas for cards with my RRR Monthly delivery :)

  7. I remember always being interested in some craft. I have tried crochet, knitting, and needlepoint. I have found I love paper-crafts! Card-making is my #1 favorite thing to do. I love ribbons and trim and have quite the collection that I have amassed. Rubber stamps also seem to multiply in my craft-room :).

I think I have been doing this for more than 15 years now. I was scrap-booking before they called it that! Of course there are so many trims, tools and papers now, so many more than ever before.
I find that I can definitely not just make the jump on over to "digital" scrap-booking. It is not for me. I love the paper too much. Digital photography- now that is a different story! I can be perfectly happy never touching another roll of film again.
Thanks for the opportunity to win the Feb. Ribbon Club Assortment. Great blog hop!

  8. First of all... I am a terribly slow crafter. I can sit for hours with a card and never feel quite happy with it. I like to try lots of different things but I always end up with paper. That's just the way it is.

  11. I'm mainly a cardmaker at this time. I do however love to crochet, and use to make lot of things over the years at the school craft shows. Like country bunnies an cinnamon stick reindeers with cute little bell noses...now I'm stuck on stamping and have been for the last 7 years, hooked! I love lots of foo foo on my cards. I started doing Easel cards and now I have an Etsy shop and the folks seem to love them, sooo I keep making them. I love the green ribbon. Although I'm half Irish, I don't make that many cards for it, but seeing this blog hop, gave me tons of ideas on how to use it on lots of other cards! Thanks for the blog hop and the great ideas! Hugs! Leah Ann

  13. Hiya. Just love all the ribbons in the store...not seen them before. I started crafting about three/four yrs ago. My first craze was Cardmaking and all things messy with inks/paper/stamps etc.
Just recently I have been taken over by a Jewellery making addiction. I have always been a dabbler in art, but since being stuck at home all day with a Neuropathic complaint, I found crafting to be brilliant therapy. It really gives me a buzz - plus everyone seems so friendly.I am just getting used to the social network thingy - but cant sit for too long at one time. I would like to do a bit of sewing too. In fact I think I would like to try EVERYTHING crafty! But there are not enough hours in a day! Love Sharon xxx

  17. What a great hop!!! I think I was born crafting. I my mother cards out of candy wrappers, bits of string, ribbons, Easter grass, etc., before I even started going to school. Since then I've dabbled in a host of different crafts and still do but I always come back to my first love, card making. So many techniques it never gets boring.
Thanks for the chance to win these lovely ribbons.

  31. Wow what fab projects from your team! I hope I win these ribbons now because I'm so inspired I want to try so many of the projects Ive seen here! What kind of a crafter am I? A lot like you, I want to have a go at everything. But I do like using natural things like dried flowers and leaves and grasses. We cant make anything as beautiful as God has already made! We can only try and copy to the best of our abilities.
