Do You Like Party Favors?

Who doesn't like party favors?
I decided to make one for a quick tutorial today here at Really Reasonable Ribbon
Let me share how these simple items we all have that can be made in to something pretty.
These are the few items I used
Yes, it really is a simple tissue paper roll and Pink and White Diagonal Stripe Grosgrain ribbon. I used Scor-Tape  so I would have permanent adhesive.
I loved the way this striped pink and white ribbon looked wrapped around the roll. After winding I added more Scor-Tape  to the ends.In the picture above you will see I also placed Scor-Tape  in the inside.

I decided to use some candy heart wrapped in a sheet of tissue paper. Can you see where I wrapped string of pearls around the ends?
I pulled the strip in the inside and made sure the tissue paper was attached all the way around.
I ended up cutting down the sides after putting ties on the ends.
Finished decorating with a flower and brad and Baker's Twine Sweetheart with a little tag

Here is a close up of my finished project... the potential is unlimited with the ribbons available.I know I will be making more of these for other occasions.

  7. How clever. We seem to have tons of TP rolls in our house...

Can also use them for stamping funky circles with acrylic paint. Or squish them to a heart shape to paint with.

  8. I love this idea. Small favors are great anytime. I try to make them when my stamping friends come over. Your extra embellishments make them so special.
