Our question of the month is:
What do you wish for on Valentine's Day?  Are you hoping for jewelry, candy, flowers, dinner out???  Do you give your sweetie hints, or do you make him sweat it out??  What does your sweetie need to do to make you a happy girl on Valentine's Day?  Let's keep this family rated - lol, but we wanna know.  Maybe you can send your sweetie over to read the comments for some ideas.  :)

Our winner will be selected from the numbered comments on this post on Sunday, 1/16  using random.org.  Be sure to check back on Sunday evening to see if you are our lucky winner.

  1. I would be soooo happy to win this month's ribbon assortment! I'm so ready to make a million valentine's yet I'm lacking in ribbon! Love your site. Onto your question, this Valentine's day I want for nothing (unless it has to deal with scrapbooking ;) LOL ). My hubby bought be an Imagine for Christmas and I'd say that covers Valentine's day and my birthday on February 28th, wouldn't you? :0) I'm just happy to order in and spend the evening with him, watching movies and snuggling up. ;)

  8. The only thing I wish for Valentine's Day is a calm evening with my sweetie. He's very busy so we haven't got many evenings like this. I would like us to just have a romantic dinner with candles at home and then watch a romantic movie or something like that. I'll make sure he'll know what I want; after all, this doesn't seem like an unreasonable request, does it? ;)

  10. Fantastic blog hop. So many wonderful creations. For Valentines the only thing i wish for is that my hubby will give me a single white rose, (i love the white ones) give me a loooong romantic kiss and tell me that he loves me. That is the perfect valentines day for me. Hugs...Mona

  11. What a fun bloghop! The DT has done a wonderful job creating so many lovely cards and gifts.
We are not celebrating Valentine's day. We have our 'we are 20 years together-day' at the eleventh and we are out for a romantic weekend without the kids then :-). That will be okay for us. My hubby brings me a huge bouquet of flowers every year that I'm still enjoying on the 14th.

    Hugs, Jolita

  18. This was a great hop, thanks to all the DT members for sharing their wonderful creativeness. For Valentines Day I really don't want anything special, I have all I really need, a husband who loves me, puts up with my crafting, etc... Of course an evening out with him would be perfect, maybe dinner and a movie.

By Valentine's Day my husband should have his new "teeth" - he's had months of dental work done and I'm really looking forward to seeing his smile again - that would be the best valentine's day gift!

  45. What beautiful colorful and variety of projects the Design Team put together. Was so fun and inspirational.
Each day is Valentine's Day with my special husband. We are thankful for our good health and our time together. Usually we go to our small towns, "FIREMAN's STEAK FRY" to help them raise money for their needs. They decorate and set fancy tables, with the wine glasses etc, grill your choice of steaks and later have an action of donated items.
Last year I got a beautiful heart shaped box, filled with Chocolate Covered Cherries a local gal makes. To die for...delicious. Can't wait to see what this year will bring.

Love the ribbon hop and the wonderful ideas and creativity, I really enjoyed this, thanks.

  69. I loved seeing everyone's projects on the blog hop. Unfortunately, my comments did not post on every blog, although I tried. Thanks to everyone for sharing their wonderful talents with us. My wish for valentine's day is just to be with my love. He usually does give me candy and we usually go out for dinner at a restaurant that is a splurge for us. It may not be some exciting and new gift but it is always a sweet time. I hope everyone has their own sweet valentine celebration!

  70. Such a fun Blog Hop, I loved seeing all the DT's creations. Thank you for the chance to win such an incredible giveaway.

My hubby surprised me with concert tickets for Christmas, so that is where we are going on Valentines day. My Hubby doesn't care to much for the kind of music this person sings, but he knows that he is one of my favorites. It means the world to me that he would be willing sit through 2 hours of listening to music that he really doesn't like....that's love.

  72. Love the great ideas and the beautiful ribbon club selection this month! Fabulous.
From my hubby for Valentine's day I would love some extravagence. I made the mistake when we were young, poor newlyweds of saying "it's ok, you don't have to do anything." I never realized that would still be the case 21 years later. Nah, I don't hint. It wouldn't feel the same if I had to hint. I guess I'm high maintenance. ;)

  75. Sad to say I nolonger wish for anything on Valentines day, I use to get the usual stuff, flowers jewellry , fine dining, and hubby has even cooked 3 course meals for me before, now he regularly cooks me meals , I really don't need any more jewellry and if I see something I like regardless of the time of year I can have it. I don't need valentines gifts and the only thing I wish for on valentines day is another wonderful year with my very loving husband, not that I only want one year you understand I'm hoping for at least another 50 or 60!
Thanks for a fun hop and so pleased I finally managed enough time to complete it.
