Happy Tuesday all! Cherry here with a card made for Really Reasonable Ribbon.
I have been planning and scheming getting out my 4th of July
goodies....and they did make an appearance on Sunday. I crafted my
little heart out that day....so much fun. This card was no exception,
and to be fair, this card is perfect also for Flag Day. So I am not
jumping the gun too much, lol.
I started with some patriotic papers, stickers, images, etc and went
to town creating my focal point. I made handmade crepe fringe and
added a Craft Spiral silver stamen in
the middle of it. It reminds me of the corkscrew fireworks. I also
added them to the middle of my ribbons . They look like fireworks
shooting off into the sky to me. Kinda fanciful? Just go with it!
I added my bingo card and fussy cut image of the boy and added dimension by using 3D Foam Tabs from Tombow . I used Glory Blue seam binding for my bow. I also used Tiny Poppy Red stars on white grosgrain as a border towards the top of my card for interest.
That is it!!! I love how it turned out and this has just whetted my
appetite for more Patriotic goodies. I love making them....especially
in our gorgeous homeland colors of red, white, and blue.....nothing
better! Thanks for visiting , Cherry

Life in Full Bloom
Hi there crafty peeps! I am back today to share a fun card I have created using new to me watercolors, a stamp set from Fun Stampers Journey, and beautiful ribbon from Really Reasonable Ribbon.
I started by creating a watercolored background panel with my new to me Mission Gold Watercolor Palette. I cut it down to size and matted it onto some light yellow cardstock. I then stamped a flower from the Full Bloom stamp set on Bristol paper. I colored it with my Zig Real Brush Markers and fussy cut it out. I popped it up with foam dots onto a pierced die-cut panel with a sentiment from the same set stamped onto the bottom. I wrapped Fuchsia Organza around the watercolor base and tied it into a bow. I then adhered the stamped panel onto the watercolor base. I took all of this and mounted it onto a white A2 size top folding card. I added glitter dust to the flower to make it sparkle. I also added a few sequins and enamel dots to accent the card. I hope you enjoy this bright fun card and have a wonderful day!

Then scroll down to show word verification for comments? and select No.
We love to visit your blogs and leave comments on all the terrific entries, but the word verification really slows us down. :o)
