Halloween Note Holder

Hi Everyone, it's Teresa here and we are starting my favorite fall season this month with lots of Halloween ideas with all the new ribbons from the Really Reasonable Ribbon store.  All the colors are just gorgeous and I have so many fun things to share this month.  It was really fun!
Today I am sharing a quick note board that I made with ribbons from the "Monthly Ribbon Club" and some cute snoopy stickers that I had in my stash.  The board is a heavy weight chalkboard that I found on sale at my local craft store and I added the black clothespin on the side to hold the chalk.  For the bottom I glued on 2 pieces of ribbon and the made a cute bow to decorate the top so that it all matched.  Love these ribbons---they just look so pretty together.

So that's it for today..... something quick and easy to give your house that fun holiday feel and add to what ever else you have to put up.  Be sure and check back again for lots more ideas this month.

Have a wonderful and crafty day!

Take note....

Hello everyone and thank you for stopping over today... i just have a quick and easy project to share today using some of my new favorite satin ribbons.  I have started collecting lots and lots of colors in this style and it is perfect to use for both cards and off the page projects, I really like it alot.

I wanted to make something fun to write notes on so i came up with this quick idea to use a metal chalkboard sign that i got at my local craft store.  I added some white chipboard pieces i had in my stash to both the top and bottom with adhesive first. Then i wanted to glitz it up so i also added just a bit of bling with clear rhinestones to go with the pink satin ribbons. The ribbon i used is called Satin w/Grosgrain Edge Ribbon.  It's super elegant and has a tiny bit of stitching running down each of the sides.  And the best part is it comes in so many gorgeous colors to use.

For my project i used the Pearl Pink and then added a few WOC Flowers to finish it.
It's simple and a fun project you could do with a family member to make for her room
for important reminders.  So that's it for today and thanks again for stopping over!

If Friends Were Flowers

Hello to all the Really Reasonable Ribbon friends and fans.  Jenn here!  Love all this great spring weather here in Western Colorado...just glad I am not in the mountains.  Man o man, they are getting hit hard with the snow. Speaking of spring weather, I am LOVING all of the fun floral themed paper crafting projects floating around paper crafting land.  I have a question for all of you,
What ribbon color do you use most often in the spring?  Answer my question here at RRR and let me know on my personal blog post for a chance to win a RRR mystery prize.
I gravitate towards bright (sometimes neon) and cheery colors.  A LOT of yellow and bright green!  Love the teal colors too.  Would love to see what everyone else uses too!

On this fun coaster turned tag I used RRR Elastic Double Ruffles Black.  I have used this particular ribbon in past projects and just loved the outcome.  It is such a fun ribbon with the double sided ruffles.  I also used Seam Binding in Purple Nite.  I added a simple orange button to the top of my bow that I tied using the Bow It All.

My Sentiment and flower are both from Crafter's Companion.

Thank so much for joining me today.
